A 17-year-old is making $120,000/month on TikTok Shop with $2 ad creative. Not $2 per ad. $2 total. That's his entire monthly creative budget. Pause at 0:26. The screen recording opens on what looks like a normal high school bedroom. A backpack on the floor. A pair of soccer cleats next to the door. A whiteboard on the wall that says "WEEK 47" in red marker with a list of product launches underneath. The MacBook on the desk has Spotify playing in the corner and three Chrome tabs open across the top. Tab 1 is TikTok Shop Seller Center. Tab 2 is a custom Lovable dashboard. Tab 3 is Claude. The Seller Center shows today's revenue ticking up in real time. $3,847 by 11am. $4,210 by noon. The product being sold is a $42 ergonomic kitchen tool - specifically, a magnetic spice rack that mounts under cabinets. He's never held one in his hands. He doesn't know the supplier. The supplier ships directly from Yiwu, China to customers in the US. He never touches the inventory, the fulfillment, or the customer service. His job is the ads. He uploaded 1,847 TikTok product videos in the last 11 months. He didn't film a single one. He didn't pay a creator. He didn't rent a studio. He didn't buy props. The 1,847 videos cost him exactly $24 to produce. Here's the play. The TikTok Shop algorithm rewards volume over polish. A product with 50 different videos posted by 50 different "creators" outperforms a product with 5 highly produced ads every time, because TikTok's recommendation engine treats each video as an independent shot at the algorithm. More shots = more chances at virality. Most operators in the niche cap their video output at 30-50 per month because that's the labor ceiling for hand-edited content with paid UGC creators. He doesn't have a labor ceiling. His pipeline is fully synthetic. The workflow: Product selection. He uses a Claude-powered scraper that pulls TikTok Shop's top 500 products by daily revenue and filters for SKUs in the $25-$80 range with under 12 active sellers. The sweet spot is products with proven demand but undersaturated supplier competition. He picks 1-2 new products per week. Creator generation. He has 47 AI "creators" built in Higgsfield Soul ID. Each one is a different persona - gym girl, mom, college student, dad, grandma, teenager, finance bro. The personas don't get their own accounts. They're used as faces in product demo videos. Different faces in different videos to prevent the algorithm from clustering his content as "same creator." Script generation. Claude writes 15-25 script variants per product. Each script is 18-22 seconds, hook in the first 1.4 seconds, demonstration in seconds 2-12, call to action in seconds 13-22. The hooks rotate - "wait until you see this," "I cannot believe this works," "my mom has been using this wrong for 30 years." Video generation. Higgsfield Seedance generates the video. He drops in the product image (pulled from the supplier's Alibaba listing) and the AI creator persona. Higgsfield composites them - the persona "holds" the product, demonstrates it, reacts to it. Generation time per video: 3-4 minutes. Posting. He posts each video to 11 different TikTok accounts - one main TikTok Shop seller account, 10 "burner creator" accounts that all link back to the same Shop product. The 10 burners are seeded with 50-200 followers each over 8 months of slow account warming. They look like real creator accounts. Boosting. TikTok Spark Ads on the top 3 videos per product per week. Boost budget: $30-$200 per video. The boosts are the only real cost. Ad creative is free. The "$2 total monthly creative budget" line refers to the creative cost - the synthetic video production. The $30-$200 boost spend is paid ad amplification, which is separate. He spent roughly $14,000 in TikTok Spark Ads last month. The creative inside those ads cost him $2 total - the marginal cost of Higgsfield credits for the videos he eventually ran as paid ads. Compared to the industry standard - agencies charging $400-$1,200 per UGC video and DTC brands spending $20K-$60K/month on creative production - his cost structure is functionally an arbitrage on production cost. Last month's TikTok Shop revenue: $342,000 GMV. His take after platform fees, supplier costs, ad spend, and platform commissions: $124,000 net. The month before, $108,000. The month before that, $94,000. The month before that, $73,000. His Stripe payouts since January: roughly $740,000. His total fixed costs: $190/month - Claude API, Higgsfield Pro, the Lovable dashboard, his TikTok Shop seller account fees, and the supplier coordination tool that auto-fulfills orders from China. His variable cost is the ad boost spend, which scales 1:1 with revenue. Effective gross margin on the operation: 41%. Net margin after all costs: 34%. He's been doing this since January. Here's where the post earns its real insight. Most TikTok Shop operators get stuck at $5K-$15K/month because they hit the labor ceiling. Hand-editing 30 videos a month with paid UGC creators caps them at one or two products and prevents them from scaling horizontally. The kid's edge isn't a better product, a better supplier, or better ad targeting. His edge is the production volume that AI unlocks. He runs 6 active products simultaneously. Most TikTok Shop operators run 1-2. His total monthly video output is 168 videos. The industry average is 22. He's not winning at the product level - he's winning at the throughput level. The math on a per-product basis is identical to what any operator can do. He just runs the math 6 times in parallel with 8x the creative volume. Someone in the replies asked the obvious question - what happens when TikTok cracks down on AI-generated UGC? He responded: "They already did. As of August, TikTok requires AI-generated content to be labeled. I label every video. Conversion rates dropped 11% in the first month after I started labeling. They've fully recovered since. Buyers don't care that the demo is AI. They care that the product solves their problem. The label disclosure became a non-event within 90 days." Someone tried to replicate the model. They built 12 AI creators, generated 80 videos, posted them across 4 accounts, and made $2,400 in revenue in their first month. They posted a teardown asking what was missing. He replied: "You're running 80 videos across 4 products. I run 168 videos across 6 products. The math doesn't work at small volume. The algorithm is a slot machine. You don't beat it with better pulls - you beat it with more pulls. Scale the throughput first. Optimization comes after you've crossed the noise floor." His older brother handles the LLC, the Stripe account, the supplier contracts, and the tax filings. The brother is 21, in his last year of college, and takes 5% of net. The brother knows the kid is making "good money" but doesn't know the magnitude - the kid sends monthly summaries that under-report the numbers by 40% to manage his brother's reactions. His parents think he's "doing something with TikTok" and assume he's clearing $3,000-$5,000 a month. He's currently sitting on $640,000 in his brokerage account. The whole operation runs from a Mac mini and a $189 ring light he bought as a prop he's never used (the AI creators don't need physical lighting). His total invested capital before he started: $1,840. He's 17. He's been doing this for 11 months. He's on track to clear $1.8M by his 18th birthday. By the time he applies to college, he'll have built and exited his first business - he plans to sell the operation to a TikTok agency for -$6M at the 18-month mark. Last week he launched product #14 - a portable phone fan that clips to your case. He generated 47 videos in 3 days. The product's hitting $1,200/day in revenue and climbing. Somewhere, a 28-year-old TikTok Shop agency operator with a 6-person team and a $32,000/month payroll is wondering why their best clients keep churning. Why every product they pitch has 40+ competitors selling it within 6 weeks. He isn't competing with bigger sellers. He isn't competing with TikTok agencies. He's competing with a 17-year-old who never paid for creative.

Just pulled up Olipop's landing page after seeing their ads everywhere lately and I need to break this down because this is one of the cleaner DTC pages I've seen in a while. Here's what's actually happening when you land on this page and why it converts cold Facebook traffic better than 90% of ecom brands right now: 1) The first 3 seconds Before you read a single word, there's a video of the product being poured, fizzing, bubbling and condensation on the can with no voiceover or text overlay. Your brain processes that faster than any headline ever could. You can almost hear the fizz. That's intentional. They're triggering a sensory response before your logical brain even wakes up. Then the headline hits. "A New Kind of Soda." Now that's a category repositioning. They're not saying "healthy soda" or "better soda." They're saying the entire category you grew up with needs a new version and this is it. Sub-headline says high fiber, less sugar. Targets exactly the person who clicked the health-focused ad on Instagram. Message match is perfect. The person who clicked the ad lands here and immediately feels like the page was made for them. 2) The product carousel Most brands mess this up by showing you the product and making you go through three more pages to add it to your cart. Olipop lets you hover over any flavor and an "Add 12 Pack" button appears right there. One click. Done. You never leave the homepage. That little micro-interaction is doing serious conversion work because every extra click you require is a percentage of buyers you lose. They basically short-circuited the whole buying process and most people don't even notice it's happening. Star ratings under every flavor. Smart. You're not waiting until the reviews section at the bottom to see social proof. It's right there next to the product at the exact moment you're deciding what to buy. Then there's the "Limited" and "Out of Stock" tags on certain flavors. This is a psychological move that a lot of brands either don't use or use badly. When you see Shirley Temple is sold out your brain immediately thinks this must be good enough that people are actually buying it. And now you're looking at everything else thinking you better grab it before it's gone too. 3) The retention play At this point you haven't bought yet and they already know some people won't on the first visit. So right here they drop the rewards program section. Trade your email for perks and points. They're not letting you leave empty handed. Either you buy today or you give them your email so they can bring you back. Both outcomes work for them. Then comes the subscription nudge. 15% off. Free shipping. Cancel anytime. Three objections handled in one sentence. 1. Too expensive? 15% off. 2. Annoying to reorder? Free shipping straight to your door. 3. Scared of being locked in? Cancel whenever you want. That's a complete objection removal stack built into what looks like a simple banner. The people who weren't ready to buy a 12-pack today are looking at that and doing the math. 4) The press section Bloomberg. Forbes. BuzzFeed. Mindbody. This section exists for one reason. You clicked an ad from a brand you'd maybe seen once or twice before. You don't fully trust them yet. These logos close that gap in about half a second. It's institutional validation. You don't need to read the articles. Just seeing the logos tells your brain people with real credibility have looked at this and thought it was worth covering. Background behind this section is a high-res macro shot of condensation on the can. Cold. Refreshing. Premium. Even the section design is doing sensory work. 5) The overall lesson What Olipop figured out is that a landing page for Facebook traffic has one job. Close the trust gap between the ad and the purchase as fast as possible without losing the energy the ad created. Every section of this page does exactly that. Sensory hook gets you in. Category positioning tells you what it is. Carousel with inline add to cart removes friction. Social proof and scarcity show demand. Subscription offer removes price and convenience objections. Press section provides institutional trust. By the time you hit the footer you either already bought or you gave them your email. That's not a landing page. That's a conversion machine. If your page isn't doing all of this right now, that's where your revenue is leaking. Not in the ads. In what happens after the click. DM me ‘FUNNEL’ and I'll show you exactly how to build something like this for your brand.

🚨🚨🚨A Stark Warning 🚨🚨🚨 🚨Europe is losing its mind. 🚨Where are we going up against a nuclear power? 🚨Russia could wipe us out in a matter of minutes, they could wipe out all of Europe. 🚨Does anyone think that if Russia is massively attacked within its territory, it will just sit back and do nothing? Obviously not. So, what are we trying to achieve? That they'll get really tired and launch two or three, nuclear bombs on some of the main European capitals? Pedro Baños Retired Spanish Army Colonel: 📑 That Mrs. von der Leyen is going to give Ukraine another 3.3 BILLONES euros another because she says that everything Ukraine has already received isn't enough, right? Because she says that everything Ukraine has already received isn't enough, right? 0:08 Exactly, the problem is that they've made a huge bet on Ukraine, and it has gone badly for them 0:09 a huge bet on Ukraine, and it has gone badly for them 0:12 and now, how do they backtrack, 0:13 how do they admit that this has been a mistake 0:14 from the very start, that they've led an entire people to destruction, 0:17 that they've led an entire people to destruction, 0:18 that already two generations of Ukrainians have died, 0:20 those who haven't fled the country, 0:22 which is a total disaster. 0:23 We only have the casualty exchange numbers between Russia and Ukraine, 0:27 between Russia and Ukraine, and the figures are staggering. 0:30 We can provide them later, right? 0:32 But what's going on? 0:34 As you said, that increase ... 0:36 look, in Spain's case, 0:37 it means multiplying the Defence budget by five, 0:41 Because of course, since the United States first asked for 2%. 0:44 Since we agreed, they said, "Hey, then 3.5%.." 0:47 Since we also agreed, they said, "Well, 5%." 0:49 These people are fools, so let's go, let's ask them for more, right? 0:52 In the end, they are going to buy almost everything from me, 0:54 which I really need. 0:55 But what is the problem, Ambassador? 0:56 When you manufacture weapons, 0:59 there is only one way for that system not to fail you, 1:02 and that is to use the weapons you've produced. 1:05 Because look, 1:06 you manufacture—imagine, it's true, there was a deficit here, 1:08 for example, of artillery shells, 1:10 one hundred fifty-five, or shells for, 1:12 cannons, or, or, or tank shells. 1:15 Fine, that's all well and good, whatever we want. 1:17 You've already produced that one million, five million shells. 1:21 And once you've produced them, what do you do? 1:22 That factory you set up with public money, with subsidies, do you shut it down? 1:28 Or you have the other option, 1:30 which is to go to war to use up that ammunition 1:32 and keep producing more. 1:33 And as it happens, in Europe, 1:35 especially in the main countries, 1:37 the economy is a total mess, 1:39 it's in free fall, 1:43 they desperately need, 1:45 as they can no longer make cars, like in Germany, 1:48 to start making tanks or ammunition instead. 1:51 But France is in the same situation. 1:52 A France that has been expelled from Africa, 1:56 where what the franc meant for them, the CFA. 2:00 And not only that, but also all the resources 2:02 they extracted under more than favorable conditions from these countries, 2:06 starting with uranium from Niger, 2:08 they've run out of it. 2:09 France is having a very hard time, 2:11 with an absolutely brutal social crisis. 2:15 And now we see all this coming together 2:16 with skyrocketing energy prices, 2:19 we can already see that the price of fuels 2:21 in Germany has already surpassed 2.5 euro— 2:24 euros per liter, which is truly outrageous. 2:27 We're talking about, and we saw the news, 2:29 that filling a standard tank 2:32 of an average vehicle now means 200 euros, 2:35 200 euros, which is absolutely insane. 2:38 And what does that mean? 2:39 That they only have one solution, indeed, 2:42 which is to go to war. 2:43 And remember there's something that, 2:45 we studied it in the Command and Staff course 2:47 and when you tell people about it, 2:48 they treat it as little more than a joke too, 2:50 that there is something called the relaxing wars. 2:53 The relaxing wars that have been used throughout 2:55 history 2:57 to get rid of part of the population or to get out of an economic chaos. 3:02 And that's ... 3:03 right now it would be very convenient for them to, 3:04 on one hand, get rid of some of the population, 3:07 that is, get rid of this problem they say they won't be able to pay pensions, 3:10 because all of this increase, besides the cost, don't forget, military, 3:15 means a clear and tangible reduction of the welfare state, 3:20 of the four pillars of the welfare state. 3:22 Some of the more honest politicians, the few there are, 3:25 tell you this openly, others still keep it hidden. 3:28 But, of course, what happens? 3:29 That, in fact, it would be very convenient for them to camouflage the dire situation, 3:33 regrettable, that they have within their own country. 3:35 We see and we can talk about Macron's statements today, 3:39 where he said that we should just about go 3:41 to war because Russia is waging a hybrid war against us 3:43 which is unacceptable and that we have to be prepared. 3:46 Macron said it, as well as some of his top ministers. 3:48 Of course, but the thing is, France is in a very, 3:51 very delicate, extremely delicate situation. 3:53 And also in a France 3:55 where people are not as patient as the Spanish, 3:57 over there, as soon as people get a little heated, 3:59 they take to the streets and burn down half the streets. 4:02 But we've talked about it, the way things are in Germany, 4:04 the way things are in Sweden, the way things are in Finland, 4:07 which, ever since it joined NATO, 4:09 has completely come apart, with unemployment even higher than in Spain, 4:14 a sunken economy. 4:16 And then some only see the way out as the United Kingdom, 4:19 which now even wants to break apart, 4:21 there are already, there are small populations that are asking for independence 4:25 within the United Kingdom, even on the verge, 4:28 as many predict, of an internal civil confrontation. 4:32 And of course, what do they always find? 4:33 Well, we already know that to unite the people, 4:36 to cover up internal chaos, 4:40 you know, create an external enemy 4:42 and declare that you have to go to war against them. 4:43 The problem with all that, Ambassador, 4:44 is that when, and you know this perfectly well, 4:46 you have even much more experience than I do, 4:49 you say, you know that the problem with all this is 4:50 that when you get yourself involved in this war context, 4:53 you are making the population get used to it every day. 4:56 We just have to look at a some newspaper, 4:59 a Spanish one that every day, every single day without exception, 5:02 publishes some story to accuse Russia of anything, 5:05 or to convince the population 5:07 that we must go to war against Russia. 5:09 So, when you already have the, the, the atmosphere, the context, the narrative, 5:13 and you've already created it, all that's left is the incident. 5:15 And we're seeing incidents like these every day. 5:17 Like—now, it's a Danish helicopter, 5:20 or a frigate getting close to a Russian ship, 5:23 or the Russian ship fires a grenade, or some warning flares, 5:27 which is nonsense. 5:28 A flare is—what's even happening— 5:29 what range could it have? 300 meters. 5:31 And that's not going to bring down any helicopter. 5:34 But of course, it must be because the helicopter had come closer precisely 5:38 to the Russian warship in international waters. 5:42 But they're searching, they're only looking for the incident that will make all this blow up completely, 5:46 when, on top of that, they're deceiving us every day with the whole drone issue, 5:50 about Russian drones in the middle of Germany, 5:52 about not knowing, knowing where they came from and they just appear out of nowhere, 5:55 almost as if in, in a space-time shortcut. 5:58 And, and it's like that all the time. And we have loads of information. 6:01 But look, but the thing is there is a fact right now that strikes me as devastating 6:04 to show us how they're speeding this up by the minute, Ambassador, 6:09 Today's news 6:10 that Ukraine has launched drones 6:13 against a Russian nuclear power plant inside Russia. 6:17 Because remember that every so often, he launches strikes on Zaporizhia and 6:19 on top of that, they accuse the Russians of being the ones 6:22 launching drones at their own nuclear plant, 6:24 because they currently have it in their possession. 6:27 No, no, we're talking about inside, inside Russia, 6:31 at a nuclear power plant, Ukraine has launched drones. 6:34 In other words, what they're looking for now is for 6:36 Russia to blow up, 6:38 I mean, for them to say, look, this is where we draw the line, 6:41 I've had enough of you. 6:42 And, and, and on top of that, so that we Europeans can play the victim, see? 6:45 We had already warned you that Russia could attack us at any moment. 6:48 If they're provoking them with the, 6:51 the ones living in the Baltic states, 6:54 whose civil rights have been taken away, 6:55 who have been banned from speaking Russian. 6:57 In other words, they're constantly provoking it so that Russia finally snaps, 7:01 and specifically, 7:02 so that it's the one to take the first step in this war, 7:05 and today's statements from everyone, from Donald Tusk, 7:08 from Macron, from Merz they're honestly chilling. 7:13 That is, they're already openly talking to us about war, 7:16 they're openly talking to us about war. 7:18 And besides, the case of Poland, 7:20 which we'll discuss later too and give the exact data, 7:25 but what's happening with Poland is, is also spectacular. 7:27 And by the way, Trump, 7:30 who used to say he was going to leave Europe, 7:31 and now says no, that he's going to create a massive mega-base in Poland, 7:36 which is a plan that's already been in motion for some time. 7:39 But later, since he said he was going to leave Europe, 7:40 What is going to leave Europe? 7:41 And what we're talking about is quite the opposite, 7:43 about an absolutely warmongering Europe, 7:46 with reckless warmongering. 7:48 Because also, as you were saying, from a military point of view, 7:52 this is madness. 7:53 Where are we going up against a nuclear power? 7:56 They could wipe us out 7:58 in a matter of minutes, 8:00 in a matter of minutes, they could wipe out all of Europe. 8:02 But where are we going? 8:03 Does anyone think 8:05 that if Russia is massively attacked 8:09 within its territory, it will just sit back and do nothing? 8:12 Obviously not. So, what are we trying to achieve? 8:14 That they'll get really tired and launch two or three, 8:18 nuclear bombs on some of the main European capitals? 8:21 What are they trying to do? 8:22 I really don't know. 8:24 And you say, "But let's see." 8:25 Also, here no one, absolutely no one, is talking about diplomacy. 8:29 No one is talking... And you are a diplomat, an ambassador. 8:32 You know how important, vital, essential diplomacy is. 8:35 And let's not forget that the First World War, 8:38 which today is more than proven, was a failure of diplomacy. 8:42 It was a failure of diplomacy in entering the First World War. 8:45 So, what are they trying to do? 8:47 No one, no one speaks of negotiation, no one speaks of, of peace, 8:50 no one speaks of diplomacy, starting with the Kaja Kallas, 8:52 who is the head of European diplomacy. 8:54 So, it's a situation that's not, no, not, truly tremendously delicate, 8:58 and we're not paying enough attention to it. 9:00 But those of us who know something about these issues, 9:02 in your case as a diplomat, in my case as a soldier, 9:05 since we've traveled a lot around the world, 9:07 we know how populations are prepared psychologically for war. 9:12 And that's what they've been preparing us for, for some time now, 9:14 but right now, in an absolutely accelerated way. 9:17 That preparation is blatant now, absolutely blatant, 9:21 how they're preparing us for, 9:23 of course, because you have to convince people how positive war was. 9:27 We've already done many programs on this topic, 9:27 We've already done many programs on this topic, 9:30 about how, yes, how the adversary is demonized 9:33 so that in the end, people are convinced 9:35 that it's even, even good, 9:37 even logical, even "Christian," to, to attack, to attack the enemy 9:42 because he's so bad, so bad, truly evil, that he deserves to be attacked, right? 9:45 Without us realizing, the ones who suffer the consequences are us. 9:49 Mrs. von der Leyen, the president of the Commission, 9:52 has already said that none of her seven children will go to war, 9:54 because they're not prepared for that. 9:56 It will be the children of the poor, right, who go to war, 9:59 they're the ones who get sent. 10:00 So, of course, the, concern is immense, Ambassador. 10:04 But look, today itself, for example, the statements 10:07 from, we can talk about here, 10:10 from Figaro, it says here Macron says, 10:14 he says, "The president of the Republic's alert regarding the Russian threat." 10:19 It would be a mistake by Russia to continue 10:22 acting like this toward Europeans." 10:23 You say, "But look, you're the ones pressuring Russia." 10:26 Or the same thing, here on BFM, 10:29 it says, Macron says: 10:30 "The Russian hybrid threat towards Europeans and France has intensified." 10:36 Well, now they don't even know what to make up. 10:37 Or actually, here too, the EFE News Agency, which says: 10:40 "Macron warns of a shift in Russian aggression and threats in Europe." 10:46 In other words, they are preparing the ground, Ambassador, 10:48 they are preparing the ground. 10:50 When they haven't been able to prove anything 10:52 about these threats, not even the helicopter with the flares, 10:55 nor the drone issue. 10:57 In fact, there's information saying it's all staged. 10:59 There are no videos, no clear images, no remains of those drones. 11:04 And the only piece that exists, one from Poland, 11:06 seems to be all staged, 11:07 it's a shame I can't show the image, 11:10 but we'll talk about it later. 11:11 That is to say, but this really worries me, 11:13 knowing how wars are prepared, 11:15 knowing how populations are prepared, 11:17 specifically so they go to those wars gladly 11:21 and without understanding the goals behind them, 11:23 which certainly have nothing to do 11:25 with the evilness of Russia, 11:26 nor that Russia is out to kill us all, 11:28 they have been feeding us this story, 11:29 since when, Ambassador, for the past four years, 11:32 when they told us that Russia at any moment 11:33 was going to invade all of Europe. 11:35 Anyway, in any case, I find this issue absolutely extremely serious, Ambassador. *Pedro Baños Bajo is a retired Spanish Army colonel, writer, and prominent geopolitical analyst specializing in defense, intelligence, and international relations.

TOPIC # 46 DEVELOP REAL ECOSYSTEM DURING 2ND STAGE Dear Global Pioneers, Happy Saturday! Today, I recorded a ten-minute video for you. However, I understand that many of the pioneers may not understand English. So, I am writing this article to help you understand my message. ✅Summary of the 1st Currency stage work from the pioneers' community: According to the white paper, Pi will be a global currency, designed not as an asset or a traditional investment, but as a currency. Therefore, we, as the pioneers' community, need to help Pi complete its mission. The core team can only take care of the infrastructure work; the rest depends on us. This is why it's important for pioneers to understand that we have our task. Our task is not just to complete KYC and migration; it's to develop Pi as a currency. The characteristics of currency include durability, portability, divisibility, uniformity, limited supply, and acceptability. Currency has five major functions: scale of value, means of circulation, means of storage, means of payment, a world settlement currency. Over the past two and a half years, our focus has been on establishing the first currency function as " scale of value" and generating at least one million GCV $314,159 data. We have received support from pioneers representing at least 120 countries. We believe there is no alternative to GCV in terms of pricing. CT’s announcement on Pi2Day indicates that we are on right track and at the forefront of OM. As a result, GCV $314,159 is aligned with Pi Network's mission and vision. I’ve noticed that many pioneers are questioning CT about the delay in KYC and migration procedures over the past two and a half years. My response is that they were awaiting GCV from pioneers. Without this support, our goal of establishing a currency would not be achievable. However, despite the recent Global GCV movement, we have not seen significant involvement from merchants in the exchange of GCV. Most of the data has been generated by pioneers. This is crucial during the initial stages for "value scale." from our pioneers. We have submitted petitions to CT three times for OM on Pi2Day. This is because most community leaders and pioneers are facing resource shortages, and the first function of "value scale" has been successful. If CT can announce the GCV price and OM on Pi2Day , the entire ecosystem will operates on the same pricing system for development. We believe this strategy can also work well. However, CT has announced that OM will be at the earliest by the end of this year. From my perspective, the goal is to reach 15 million KYC and 10 migration Pi wallets, and more importantly, to ensure that the ecosystem has developed to meet the maturity level outlined in the 2019 white paper, or at least has a prototype of the ecosystem. This approach may eliminate the need to announce the Pi price once the entire ecosystem has been accepted. This conservative approach aims to prevent pioneers from converting Pi to FIAT after OM. Instead, the ecosystem will offer utilities for pioneers to use. This will result in a more stable and secure Pi currency. ✅Since CT has decided to OM until the year end or later, there will be at least five months for ecosystem development. Hence, the question now is what pioneers can do during Currency 2nd Stage? Pioneers always have the task of completing their KYC and migration on time, and they are encouraged to become validators if they wish. In addition to the above, pioneers have another important task, which CT cannot directly ask us to do, but it's something we need to do for ourselves. This task is to join the ecosystem with GCV price. As we have discussed, since we want Pi as a currency, it must circulate in our community. Therefore, we need merchants and service providers to offer products or services. However, we cannot force them to do so. If we enforce full Pi payments, they will avoid participating. Currently, we are seeing some full Pi payments in our online ecosystem at different prices, but almost all are very low, less than $1 or less than $0.1. We believe this price is not suitable for Pi's long-term vision and mission. That's why we choose to only support GCV. ✅So the next question is: How can we motivate merchants and service providers to join our ecosystem so that we can OM with GCV $314,159? My suggestion is to allow partial Pi and partial FIAT. They can use 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, or even 90% FIAT. As long as the FIAT value is lower than the market price, it will benefit pioneers. When more merchants join, they will compete with each other to lower the FIAT ratio. This concept aims to create a real business environment, not a charity environment. We should not depend on leaders, pioneers, or merchants to donate. Instead, we need to create a mechanism to let them compete, which will benefit them and motivate more merchants to join. What about pioneers? If given two options, which one would you choose? a. Only small items worth $1 available for full Pi payment, with no higher value products available and still needing to spend FIAT from the outside market. b. Buy products inside our community at a 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% FIAT ratio, lower than the outside market price, and including larger items like cell phones, TVs, appliances, jewelry, furniture, clothing, shoes, etc. without limitation. You will save at least 20%-30% on your daily or luxury purchases. I believe you would want option b, as you would save a significant amount of money during the five months. Most importantly, you would be very happy because you understand that what you do will make GCV $314,159 a reality without any doubt. Do you want to live with uncertainty or certainty? Joining this kind of barter system will bring you happiness with certainty. This is what I call the creation of Pi circulation, which is our second stage. After OM, we will enter the third, fourth, and fifth stages, which are the storage, payment, and international settlement currency stages. Since GCV $314,159 on the right track to OM, we need to make GCV more widely accepted and widely used to create circulation. In this way, we will make GCV OM foundation very strong and this will help the ecosystem after OM to reduce any risk that pioneers all go to exchange market to dump. Pi represents not only the future of our pioneers but also the future of the world. Let us come together as a strong, unified family and community. However, beyond this unity, it is imperative to establish a robust business ecosystem and a supportive development environment to encourage and incentivize the participation of more ecosystem members towards our long-term objectives. This will have a positive impact on our local economy and facilitate garnering support from various national governments for the Pi Network. It is crucial for the ecosystem to adhere to FIAT tax obligations to respective country governments, even during the mainnet enclosure. Therefore, partial FIAT payments are essential to enable compliance. Without such a practice, merchants would struggle to sustain themselves and would not have the necessary FIAT currency for tax payments. TOPIC #107: PI NETWORK IS A STABLE COIN? -WHO DECIDES PI FULLY OM FIXED VALUE? Dear GCV army, I hope you are all doing great! First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all your hard work. Many of you have achieved significant milestones, and it’s evident that you are making a great difference. Our influence has grown significantly, with an increasing number of social media posts and YouTubers publicly supporting us. I can see that more and more people are beginning to understand why we advocate for GCV. Today's meeting aims to alleviate any doubts you may have, allowing you to relax and feel confident as we embark on our historic journey together. I will answer the questions I’ve received and address some important issues we need to focus on to maintain our community's efficiency, particularly regarding our Generals, which will be the topic next weekend. I put the questions I received here. "A question addressed to Ms. Doris Yin in the emergency meeting 1– In light of the rapidly changing global circumstances and the increasing discussion about stablecoins backed by U.S. Treasury bonds, how do you see the future role of the Pi Network in this context? And what practical steps should the GCV army take now to accelerate this path? 2_ There are those who promote the idea that the price of Pi is what appears in the market (currently around $0.49) and compare it to the price of GCV within the ecosystem (314,159 Pi = 1 good or service). They say if Pi’s price rises to $2, it means that the value within The ecosystem is approximately 2 million dollars. With sincere appreciation and discipline." This is from the Arab head of GCV Ambassador Mr. Mohammed. Another question: "Hello, my Global Ambassador, I am Ateba Joseph, Ecological Ambassador in Cameroon And a member of the GCV army, I am delighted to exchange with you. Regarding the meeting with the GCV army on Sunday, July 27, 2025.. Here is my concern: A few days ago, a correspondence indicated that Pi is not or is not yet a stable coin. Upon reading this information, we have provided many explanations to help the pioneers understand this. I hope you will focus more on this statement to further strengthen our understanding of the subject. Thank you for taking my concerns into consideration" Thank you for the above questions; my answers are below. The first question concerns stablecoins. Many pioneers are hoping that Pi can be recognized by the U.S. government as a stablecoin. I wrote an article on this in May. On July 18, 2025, President Trump signed the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins Act (the GENIUS Act) into law. This legislation establishes a regulatory framework for payment stablecoins and marks the first federal legislation on digital assets enacted since President Trump issued an executive order aimed at making the U.S. the “crypto capital of the world.” U.S.-issued stablecoins are expected to become the primary means of dollar transactions globally, especially in emerging markets with unstable local currencies. The sponsors of the GENIUS Act estimate that by 2030, stablecoin issuers may collectively become the largest holders of U.S. Treasuries, surpassing foreign central banks. From this, we can see that U.S. stablecoins must maintain reserves backing outstanding payment stablecoins on a one-to-one basis, consisting only of specified assets, including U.S. dollars and short-term Treasury securities. It is clear that the Pi Network will not take this path, as it is not part of our plan. A stablecoin is essentially a digital representation of the U.S. dollar. All stablecoin issuers do not create a new currency; rather, it’s akin to purchasing chips at a casino – you must use U.S. dollars to buy those chips. However, Pi is a completely new currency. It does not need to be backed up by U.S. dollars or U.S. Treasuries to be used. If that were the case, we wouldn’t need to establish an ecosystem or have a three-year enclosed mainnet. I previously mentioned the possibility of Pi being an algorithmic stablecoin since only algorithmic stablecoins do not need to be backed by U.S. dollars. However, algorithmic stablecoins have faced significant failures in the past. The collapse of the Terra (LUNA) cryptocurrency resulted in a loss of at least $40 billion in market capitalization, with estimates reaching as high as $60 billion. TerraUSD (UST), an algorithmic stablecoin, lost its peg to the U.S. dollar, contributing to its overall collapse. The new stablecoin legislation recently passed through the Senate effectively ties the U.S. Treasury to crypto, as it essentially bets the government’s cash flow on digital tokens and market speculation. This legislation requires stablecoins to be backed by short-term Treasury bills, generating an estimated $2–$3 trillion in new demand for government debt, which is nearly half the current size of the T-bill market. On paper, this looks beneficial, but in reality, it creates a circular feedback loop: crypto demand fuels stablecoins, stablecoins buy T-bills, and T-bills fund government deficits. The government becomes reliant on speculative capital flows. Thus, we should understand why the U.S. government will not support the Pi Network as a stablecoin, as they require stablecoin issuers to buy T-bills and can no longer trust algorithmic stablecoins. So, what is the future of the Pi Network as a currency? From my perspective, Pi is already listed on exchange markets. It cannot be classified as a security because it is mined freely and is not an ICO. Instead, it should be categorized as a commodity, similar to Bitcoin and ETH. When a currency is listed for trading on an exchange, its price is determined by the balance of supply and demand. However, Pi is a currency in its own right; it has inherent value from Pi holders -Pioneers. Historically, currency has served as a medium of exchange. A medium of exchange is a widely accepted item for buying goods and services in an economy. It facilitates transactions by eliminating the need for a barter system, where goods are directly exchanged for other goods. In modern economies, money (such as currency) serves as the primary medium of exchange. **Functions of Money:** One of the core functions of money is to serve as a medium of exchange, enabling the smooth transfer of value between buyers and sellers, thereby simplifying trade and economic activity. **Examples:** In modern economies, this typically includes currency (paper money, coins) or digital money. In specific historical contexts, other items, such as cigarettes in prisoner-of-war camps, have also served as mediums of exchange. **Importance of Acceptance:** For a medium of exchange to function effectively, it must be widely accepted and trusted within the relevant community. **Not the Same as a Payment Method:** While credit cards and checks are used for payments, they do not serve as mediums of exchange themselves. Therefore, stablecoin is not a new currency. It is more likely to have a credit card or check character. It is a USD digital status. From the analysis presented, we can draw the following conclusions: The current price of Pi on the exchange market primarily serves as a temporary measure to facilitate broad expansion. While this is not our primary objective, it constitutes a strategic approach towards achieving our mission. To gain a clearer perspective, we must adopt a higher-level view of the overall vision for the Pi Network. The mission and vision of Pi Network clearly articulate that it is not intended to function as a commodity for sale, nor is it meant to be an investment vehicle or a speculative security. Instead, it is crucial to recognize that Pi is designed to be a medium of exchange—a new form of currency. As pioneers in this venture, we have the unique opportunity to acquire Pi through free mining. However, it is important to note that the current mining rate is relatively slow. To overcome this limitation and to further our goal of mass adoption, it is essential for more individuals to join the Pi Network and participate in holding Pi. One efficient way to accelerate this process is by allowing Pi to be traded on the exchange market, which can result in rapid and widespread adoption. Since Pi can be mined for free, a lower price could make it more accessible to a larger number of people. It's important to focus on our primary goal during this pre-full Open Mainnet (OM) phase: mass adoption, rather than aiming for high prices, which many pioneers expected. Some pioneers want to sell when the price increases, but if too many sell, it could undermine our goal of achieving mass adoption. This scenario is reminiscent of historical instances when shells served as currency—readily accessible from the sea or buy from the village market. For shells to function effectively as currency, a collective effort was needed to hold and circulate them within the village. If only a select few individuals possess the shells, the currency lacks the necessary circulation to sustain an economy. Hence, our goal should not be centered on achieving a high price; instead, we should strive to make Pi more affordable so that a greater number of individuals can acquire and hold it, thereby fostering a thriving economic ecosystem. Of course, the rising price will build up merchants' confidence to accept it as payment. This is why we refer to it as a buyback campaign, which aims to achieve mass adoption and foster ecosystem confidence. As Pi evolves into a currency, the question of its value becomes pertinent. Given that it is a new currency, its value is not immediately clear. This presents an opportunity for us, the pioneers, to play a crucial role in defining it. The determination of Pi's value is not the responsibility of a central authority such as CT, the government, or the exchange. Instead, it will emerge from a decentralized consensus within the community, which collectively owns Pi. This concept is akin to ancient times when the value of shells was not determined by the sellers. Rather, the value was derived from the collective agreement of the village that utilized them as currency. I hope this elaboration clarifies the distinction between value and price, enabling a deeper understanding of the foundational principles that drive our mission with Pi Network. Pi represents a groundbreaking innovation—a revolution that is poised for long-term economic development on a global scale, rather than perpetuating cycles of plunder and exploitation. By harnessing the power of blockchain technology, Pi empowers ordinary individuals, which creates an inherent conflict of interest with the U.S. government in the short term. Should the U.S. government endorse the Pi Network, it raises questions about the viability of U.S. treasuries and who would ultimately purchase them. Consequently, the government may prioritize support for stablecoins backed by the U.S. dollar and U.S. Treasury securities, as this can help alleviate the U.S. government's issues with limited demand. However, I previously mentioned the potential for Pi to emerge as an algorithmic stablecoin. At that time, the Genius Bill had not yet been enacted. If the Pi Network gains acceptance from the U.S. government, its growth could become rapid and expansive, leading to widespread adoption in other nations. This path would position Pi as a legitimate currency in nearly every country, contingent upon certain conditions. For instance, if the price of Pi in the exchange market can align with the GCV, this could be achieved through a buyback mechanism involving 10 million pioneers. Such a scenario would indicate that Pi differs significantly from past algorithmic stablecoin failures, presenting a compelling case for the U.S. government to view Pi as a low-risk asset. However, it presents a significant challenge to be collectively reached by pioneers, and there are other conditions that we cannot achieve in a short time. While it might appear that Pi Network conflicts with the U.S. dollar or stablecoins in the short term, it has the potential to address the broader issue of overprinting currency, which has plagued the U.S. and many other nations. This would benefit international trade by alleviating concerns about currency appreciation or depreciation in international transactions. The global economy indeed requires a super sovereign currency—one that ensures stability for future generations and fosters lasting peace and prosperity. To comprehend Pi as a currency, it is crucial to recognize that we must cultivate long-term value by generating GCV data. In the short term, our focus needs to be on establishing a robust exchange market and decentralized applications (DApps) to drive mass adoption. If this is understood, there should be no need to feel discouraged by the current low price of Pi. The true value of Pi as a currency derives not from the exchange market, trading platforms, or governmental endorsement, but rather from our community's collective efforts and engagement. You might wonder how a government could adopt Pi, given that it does not take the form of a stablecoin. I would counter with the example of Bitcoin, which has thrived even in environments where many countries have imposed bans. Currently, Pi is transitioning from its traditional commodity status to being recognized as a currency, meaning governmental awareness of Pi Network is still in development. As such, existing regulations generally pertain to older forms of cryptocurrency rather than our innovative approach. Our branding as a digital currency, rather than a cryptocurrency, is intentional. Dr. Nicolas has expressed concerns that many aspects of conventional cryptocurrencies pose challenges to government frameworks and public trust, often leading to economic harm rather than benefit. Our commitment to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) protocols distinguishes us by mitigating money laundering risks and protecting Pi holders from speculative practices. Many businesses face bankruptcy or closure because consumers lack the disposable income to engage in spending. Imagine how Pi could enable those businesses to survive and thrive—people could utilize Pi to make purchases and easily convert it into fiat currency to sustain operations, thereby preserving many jobs. The function in our wallet that allows users to "buy" Pi is not merely a feature; it represents a vision for the future where conversion to fiat currency can happen immediately, without dependency on third-party exchanges. Moving forward, we can establish a fixed rate (the GCV) for conversions. Once larger institutions and prominent companies recognize the low-risk profile of joining Pi Network due to its GCV stability, we can expect a considerable influx of participants seeking to gain a competitive advantage. You may ask how companies would finance the purchase of Pi at GCV rates. This is an insightful question. My perspective is that the demand for Pi’s stable value will inherently incentivize investments. Much like why individuals purchase stablecoins for their convenience in facilitating cross-border transactions, Pi will appeal to consumers and businesses alike, particularly because we are leveraging Web 3.0 blockchain technology, AI-driven platforms, and a rich ecosystem of decentralized applications (DApps). We are cultivating a loyal customer base that recognizes the value of this innovation. We understand that high-net-worth individuals seek safe investment opportunities. While U.S. treasury bonds currently represent a secure asset class, they are not without risk. Therefore, if Pi Network can maintain a limited supply coupled with blockchain technology and a consistent GCV, it is plausible that affluent investors would allocate a portion of their capital to acquire Pi. This would lead to fiat inflows whenever there is increased demand for Pi, establishing an equilibrium between Pi and fiat currencies. This interplay is why I believe DApps are critically significant. We need broader usage of Pi in real-world applications. I hope my analysis has helped clarify why the price of Pi should not overly concern us. Buying Pi to hold onto it allows pioneers to accumulate more, while building merchant confidence is essential to kickstart the ecosystem. Merchants will be motivated to see Pi’s price appreciation since this removes the risks for DApps and service providers who depend on exchange market prices. A rise in demand for Pi will subsequently reduce its supply, which is beneficial for price increases. I look forward to discussing Pi GCV army management in another session. Thank you for your time. Let’s continue striving for greatness together. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement Disclaimer: This speech is intended solely for educational purposes within the GCV community. The views and content shared here represent my personal perspective and are part of the GCV movement, but do not reflect the official position of the Pi Core Team (PCT). Pi Network represents a new revolution, meaning there is no existing example for us to follow and no guiding manual. As Dr. Fan mentioned, we cannot predict what will happen around the next corner. Therefore, we must practice and forge our own path. As more people traverse this journey, the road will become clearer.

Most social media tools suck. (I've tried them all over 7 years of doing this). They claim to help you go viral. They claim that you'll grow fast on social media. They claim that they'll make it easy on you, so you can just grow your following without having any form of skill or understanding. And now they're trying to go fully agentic, which only works if you know what you're doing (we'll talk about that later, we built the MCP for social media). Plus, when everyone has an advantage, it is no longer an advantage. I promise you, I love AI, but having it write everything for you, especially as a beginner, is a death sentence. You may get lucky and have one, two, or three posts do well. You may gain a lot of followers (because that's what they promise to get you to buy), but then what? Can you replicate it? Does your audience actually care about who you are? Or are you just a one hit wonder like every other creator who tries to get-followers-quick? The creators you love... the ones who put out ideas that actually change your life, understand that the creative process (capturing, resurfacing, and synthesizing ideas) is your competitive edge when everyone is racing to put out as much slop as possible. So we built an actual solution. For the people who know deep down that the toys and gimmicks being marketed to you aren't a long term strategy. It's called Eden. The second brain for creators. It has every scheduling, analytics, auto-dm, and outlier research (for all platforms) features that everyone else has - built by someone who knows what's useful and what's not. But it also has the ideation process built in, which cannot be skipped. Here's what it looks like, and how to write a post people actually care about: 1) Save inspiration from anywhere (and read + highlight) Capturing ideas, posts, links, and highlights inside of an agent or AI chat sounds like hell. Not everything needs to, or should be, jammed into a chat UI. In Eden you can: - Paste any social post link (we transcribe any post) - Integrate with Kindle, Snipd, or Readwise - Pull in X or Substack bookmarks - Jot down quick ideas or write inside docs - Open any YouTube transcript or article in Reader mode and highlight it We auto-categorize and tag everything for you, so our Deep Synthesis agent can find novel connections and relations across your library - making it easy to surface idaes you thought you lost. 2) Research what's working, study top creators Outlier tools are the bread and butter for every creator. When you do research for a YouTube video, you look for high performing titles and thumbnails, and you study what worked for others. But what about every other platform? We have a social corpus of 3m+ posts across all platforms and growing. You can scroll the Discover page for inspiration, search any creator and filter by top posts, or use Deep Social in the AI chat to search across all of them. This is what gives the MCP access to trending topics without scraping millions of posts yourself. 3) Create with everything in one place, build swipe files I don't think I will ever give up writing. I love sitting down in the morning, opening up a page, researching good ideas, and turning it into something worth sharing. In Eden, you work on Boards. You can paste social posts and build shareable swipe files, or you can add your outlines and drafts while having your library, chat, or ideas open right next to it. 4) Chat with anything to get the information you need Claude and ChatGPT are essential, but they are blind. They can't read social links. They can't see what's trending. When you're writing scripts, articles, posts, or drafts - you need to be able to pull information from the sources you research. In today's world, that usually means social posts, YouTube videos, and articles. 5) Draft, schedule, and publish to all platforms X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube shorts. And yes, we are one of the first to support article scheduling to X and Substack. You don't have to copy paste to every platform anymore. You simply write, schedule, and let it go out to all platforms. 6) Or do it all from the MCP I don't believe that the future of content is fully agentic. But, that doesn't mean that AI can't help with researching top posts, ideation, and scheduling content. You do the writing and thinking, let AI handle the busy work and resurfacing of ideas you need to find. With Eden, you don't need to give up your Claude, Hermes, or other agentic workflows. You simply connect the MCP and now you can build your own agentic content system, if that's your cup of tea. Eden is the Social Media MCP. You don't have to pay for scrapers anymore. You can finally access trends, any social link, and any account. You can access your analytics, build content dashboards with our infrastructure (that you don't need to maintain as a full time job), and post. We've actually built 4 skills for deep topic research, personal brand strategy, building a content command center, and more - we'll link those below. All in all: If you're a creator, Eden is your base. It's where you write, research, and publish every single day. Try it free below:

My biggest takeaways from Dhanji Prasanna, CTO of Block: 1. Block’s internal AI agent "Goose" is saving employees on average 8 to 10 hours per week. The company built an open-source tool called Goose that handles tasks from organizing files to writing code. Across the entire company, they’re seeing roughly 20% to 25% of manual work hours saved, and that number keeps climbing. 2. Non-technical teams are getting the biggest productivity boost from AI, not engineers. People in legal, risk management, and operations are now building their own software tools that previously would have required months on an engineering team’s roadmap. What used to take weeks now takes hours, and employees do it themselves without waiting. 3. Changing organizational structure unlocked more productivity than any AI tool. To transform into a truly “technology driven” company, Block reorganized from separate business units (each with their own GM and engineering teams) to a single functional structure where all engineers report to one leader. This “boring” change enabled a unified technology strategy and drove more acceleration than any AI tool. 4. Code quality has almost nothing to do with product success. YouTube became one of Google’s most successful products despite storing videos as blobs in a MySQL database with a slow Python stack. Meanwhile, Google Video had superior technology with more formats and higher resolution but failed completely. The lesson: Focus on solving real problems for people, not on perfect code. 5. AI enables teams to explore multiple paths simultaneously instead of choosing one up front. Previously, limited resources meant teams had to pick their best guess for an experiment. Now AI can build multiple different approaches overnight, allowing teams to compare five or six options and throw away entire features if they don’t feel right—a practice that was unthinkable before. 6. Most successful products start as tiny experiments, not big initiatives. Cash App began as a hack-week idea. Goose started as one engineer’s side project. Block’s Bitcoin product came from a three-person hackathon team. In contrast, Google Wave had 70 to 80 engineers before having real users and failed. Small experiments that prove value beat large up-front investments. 7. Leaders must use AI tools daily to drive real organizational adoption. Block’s CEO Jack Dorsey, the CTO, and the entire executive team use Goose every single day. This hands-on experience teaches them how workflows actually change and drives authentic adoption throughout the organization far more than reading articles or attending conferences about AI. 8. AI excels at new projects but struggles with complex legacy systems. Teams building new applications or working on greenfield platforms see aggressive productivity gains. But in existing codebases with years of accumulated complexity, the gains aren’t there yet. Deploy AI where it works best rather than everywhere at once. 9. Giving away valuable technology for free can be a winning strategy. Block open-sourced Goose even though it could have been a standalone billion-dollar business. Even their competitors actively use it. The philosophy: build things that benefit everyone and outlast your own company. This commitment to open-source technology attracts talent and builds industry goodwill while advancing everyone’s capabilities. 10. Purpose should drive your technology choices, not the other way around. Rather than chasing every AI trend or trying to be at the forefront of every technology, identify what truly matters to your company and customers. Block stays focused on economic empowerment, which guides their technology decisions and keeps them from getting distracted by every new advancement. OFFICIAL: EASTER EGG GUIDE FOR TOTENREICH: Wonder Weapon: 1. Head to The Drydocks and lower The Crane, this will allow you to wall jump and interact with the tip of the ship to pick up the Chain Link 2. Next, Head to Storm Bridge and pick up Chili Chunks behind the truck next to Deadshot 3. Place Chili Chunks on the table in the middle of the Skalen Market 4. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. I've never heard Elon Musk be so bullish on Tesla ⚡️ here's my video analysis of the $TSLA Q4 2024 earnings call: -Robotaxi launch in Austin, June 2025 -California & other states launch robotaxi late 2025 -Cybercab in 2026 -Optimus V1 in 2025, 1K/month production line -Optimus V2 in 2026, 10K/month production line -2026 good year for Tesla, 2027/28 insanely good & more!! Timestamps- 0:00 Intro 0:44 Elon Opening Remarks 13:29 SAY Retail Questions 22:37 Analyst Questions 25:04 Gali Final Thoughts/Rant also here are my notes I typed during the conference call if you're interested! (may be errors) Tesla Q4 2024 Earnings Call Notes INTRO- ELON OPENING REMARKS -Q4 set record, delivered cars at rate of almost 2M cars/year -Model Y best-selling vehicle of any kind on earth (elon focused and talking quickly) -10Xing on autonomy, not doubling -many investments made this year that will bear immense fruit in the future, for AI -see a path for Tesla to the worlds most valuable company by far, worth more than the next 5 companies combined, difficult but achievable path -overwhelmingly due to autonomous vehicles and autonomous robots -setting up for an epic 2026, and ridiculously good 2027 and 2028 -meeting FSD now is like meeting a toddler -human intuition is linear, we’re seeing exponential progress -#1 recommendation is try it -typical passenger car has 10 hours of use out of 168, when its autonomous, itll be used for 55 hours a week … can deliver packages in the middle of thenight, or supply restaurants, all hours of the day or night. 5X increase in utility -more on self driving, continued improvements in safety numbers, much safer to use FSD -V14 will be another big step from V13 -launched CORTEX training cluster at Giga Austin, big step for FSD, continue to invest in training needs -Optimus training needs are about 10X what’s needed for the car -cost of training is dropping dramatically over time -Optimus has potential to be north of $10T in revenue, can put a lot training compute into that situation, even pumping $500B into it would be a good deal -future very different from the past, incredible inflection point in human history -proof is in the pudding -launching in June this year in Austin, already have cars moving autonomously in Fremont, thousands of cars per day driving, soon in Austin then elsewhere in the world -toe in the water at first to make sure everything is cool, but we have a general solution for autonomy , then put a few more toes, then a foot. Safety of the general public and those in the car as the top priority -with regard to Optimus, making insane revenue projections that sound insane, i realize that. But i think they will prove to be accurate -several thousand bots made this year, they will be doing useful things by the end of this year, im confidence, production design one at the tesla factories, then will learn for production design two -ramp optimus production faster than anything has ever launched, doesn’t take very many years before we’er making 100M of these things per year , 500% growth per year -tried using all these suppliers to get it to build Optimus, but nothing worked, had to build it internally from first principles, the hand is increibdle -long term Optimus will be the value of the company -back to Energy,/earth, -energy storage is a big deal, becoming more important, enables far greater energy output to the grid than is currently possible. -grid has no storage, designed for peak storage, lots of waste -once you have grid energy storage, the potential of the grid is unlocked, at least double -this will drive demand of battery packs as to as much as we can possibly make -shanghai factory starting operation, starting another factory -cant shoot our selves in the foot, battery capacity can only go into storage or mobility, so always making that tradeoff -demand for total Gigawatt hours for batteries, transportation or stationary will grow in a very big way over time 2025 a pivotal year for tesla, launch of full self driving, biggest year in tesla history, maybe even bigger than first car or model s, 3 or y … probably most important year in tesla’s history I don’t even know who is in 2nd place in real world AI, would need a telescope to see them SAY QUESTIONS -FSD Unsupervised launched in California this year as well -most likely release it in many regions of the US by the end of this year -40K people day everyday no mention, some scrapes a shin with autonomous car its headlines news -need to use insane amounts of caution -discussions about licensing FSD? Yes -best way to know to work with us, bbuy a car and take it apart -only worth very high volume cars/production partners -tesla engineering very focused on getting it to roll out for tesla first -soon will be obvious that if you don’t have FSD you’re dead as an OEM -is Optimus design locked? -Optimus is not design locked, constantly iterating, best robotics engineers in the world, and other ingredients, battery pack, charging, great electronics, great communications, great connectivity, real world AI, then you need to scale that production to real world levels -prototypes are easy production is hard -thijs year close loop with using optimus internally at tesla, would could obviously use a few thousand robots for the most boring annoying tasks at the company -with production version 2, launches sometime next year, would like beginning, might be middle though, -production line will be doing 10K units per month capacity for v2, first line designing is for roughly 1,000 units per month, then next line will be for 100,000 units per month -could start delivering them late next year, will go so fast, will ramp like crazy, demand will not be a problem, even at a high price, once were above 1M units per year, production costs of optimus will be less than $20,000 -if you compare complexity of optimus to complexity of a car, its much less than a car -price of optimus will be set buy market demand -Semi ramping next year, TCO no brainer, like optimus, will be massive demand, will meaningfully contribute to tesla’s revenue at scale -tesla semi with autonomy, is incredibly valuable -we actually have a shortage of truck drivers here in the US -will HW3 owners need a hardware update, got 12.6 which is like a baby v13, have’t given up on it, releases will trail HW4 releases … “honest answer” is were going to have to upgrade for those who have bought full self driving, will be painful and difficult and we’ll get it done “Happy not many people bought FSD” -solar roof, given up on ramping it? -lots of customer interest despite premium, making easier to install, focused on growth through certified installers, many been installing for many years -supply product to the roofing industry -it’s a premium product like S/X -combined with Tesla powerwall you can be self sufficient for several days ANALYST QUETIONS -robotaxis in Austin and several other cities this year, and next year all over america -america innovates, europe regulates, to release FSD in europe, have to go through massive paperwork through netherlands, then presents to EU in may, some big country committee, nothing we can do to make it happen sooner. -can’t do training in china with video training, publicly available videos in china are being run through the tesla system to be used for training, bus lanes are complicated and a big challenge -tesla can keep manufacturing even if geopolitical tensions rise to very high levels -Pierre question on June in Austin, -can i try unsupervised myself, or will it be the Tesla fleet? -it will be the Tesla fleet testing it, that’s the toe in the water, scrutinizing everything -autonomous ride hailing for money in june -probably next year for you to put your car on network -trump removing EV incentives? -all transport will go electric, can’t be stopped, even planes, will be like stopping the steam engine or combustion engine -only thing holding back EVs was range, and thats a solved problem -right now solving battery production, not demand, big battery retooling for model y coming up, short term impact on output

Warren Buffett turns 93 today! To celebrate, I'm sharing the greatest lecture he ever gave together with his 94 (!) best investment quotes. 1. Rule No. 1 is never lose money. Rule No. 2 is never forget Rule No. 1. 2. Diversification is a protection against ignorance. It makes very little sense for those who know what they're doing. 3. Do not take yearly results too seriously. Instead, focus on four or five-year averages. 4. All there is to investing is picking good stocks at good times and staying with them as long as they remain good companies. 5. American business - and consequently a basket of stocks - is virtually certain to be worth far more in the years ahead. 6. An investor should act as though he had a lifetime decision card with just twenty punches on it. 7. And so the important thing we do with managers, generally, is to find the .400 hitters and then not tell them how to swing. 8. The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect. You need a temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd or against the crowd. 9. Bitcoin has no unique value at all. 10. Buy a stock the way you would buy a house. Understand and like it such that you'd be content to own it in the absence of any market. 11. The years ahead will occasionally deliver major market declines - even panics - that will affect virtually all stocks. No one can tell you when these traumas will occur. 12. I insist on a lot of time being spent, almost every day, to just sit and think. That is very uncommon in American business. 13. Buy companies with strong histories of profitability and with a dominant business franchise. 14. For the investor, a too-high purchase price for the stock of an excellent company can undo the effects of a subsequent decade of favorable business developments. 15. I believe in giving my kids enough so they can do anything, but not so much that they can do nothing. 16. The world went mad. What we learn from history is that people don’t learn from history. 17. The key to investing is not assessing how much an industry is going to affect society, or how much it will grow, but rather determining the competitive advantage of any given company and, above all, the durability of that advantage. 18. Among the various propositions offered to you, if you invested in a very low cost index fund - where you don't put the money in at one time, but average in over 10 years - you'll do better than 90% of people who start investing at the same time. 19. Because if you're wrong and rates go to 2 percent, which I don't think they will, you pay it off. It's a one-way renegotiation. It is an incredibly attractive instrument for the homeowner and you've got a one-way bet. 20. Cash is to a business as oxygen is to an individual: never thought about when it is present, the only thing in mind when it is absent. 21. Don't get caught up with what other people are doing. Being a contrarian isn't the key but being a crowd follower isn't either. You need to detach yourself emotionally. 22. For 240 years it's been a terrible mistake to bet against America, and now is no time to start. 23. I never attempt to make money on the stock market. I buy on the assumption that they could close the market the next day and not reopen it for five years. 24. I have no views as to where it (gold) will be, but the one thing I can tell you is it won't do anything between now and then except look at you. Whereas, you know, Coca-Cola will be making money, and I think Wells Fargo will be making a lot of money, and there will be a lot -- and it's a lot -- it's a lot better to have a goose that keeps laying eggs than a goose that just sits there and eats insurance and storage and a few things like that. 25. I just sit in my office and read all day. 26. I won't say if my candidate doesn't win, and probably half the time they haven't, I'm going to take my ball and go home 27. If returns are going to be 7 or 8 percent and you're paying 1 percent for fees, that makes an enormous difference in how much money you're going to have in retirement. 28. We want products where people feel like kissing you instead of slapping you. 29. If you aren't willing to own a stock for ten years, don't even think about owning it for ten minutes. 30. The most important investment you can make is one in yourself. 31. If you buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell things you need. 32. If you don't feel comfortable making a rough estimate of the asset's future earnings, just forget it and move on. 33. If you like spending six to eight hours per week working on investments, do it. If you don't, then dollar-cost average into index funds. 34. If you're in the luckiest 1% of humanity, you owe it to the rest of humanity to think about the other 99%. 35. If you're smart, you're going to make a lot of money without borrowing. 36. In the 20th century, the United States endured two world wars and other traumatic and expensive military conflicts; the Depression; a dozen or so recessions and financial panics; oil shocks; a flu epidemic; and the resignation of a disgraced president. Yet the Dow rose from 66 to 11,497. 37. In the 54 years (Charlie Munger and I) have worked together, we have never forgone an attractive purchase because of the macro or political environment, or the views of other people. In fact, these subjects never come up when we make decisions 38. In the business world, the rearview mirror is always clearer than the windshield. 39. Investors should remember that excitement and expenses are their enemies. 40. It is a terrible mistake for investors with long-term horizons to measure their investment 'risk' by their portfolio's ratio of bonds to stocks. 41. It is not necessary to do extraordinary things to get extraordinary results. 42. It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently. 43. The one thing I will tell you is the worst investment you can have is cash. Everybody is talking about cash being king and all that sort of thing. Cash is going to become worth less over time. But good businesses are going to become worth more over time. 44. It's been an ideal period for investors: A climate of fear is their best friend. Those who invest only when commentators are upbeat end up paying a heavy price for meaningless reassurance. 45. It's better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out associates whose behavior is better than yours and you'll drift in that direction. 46. It's better to have a partial interest in the Hope diamond than to own all of a rhinestone. 47. It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price. 48. Just pick a broad index like the S&P 500. Don't put your money in all at once; do it over a period of time. 49. Keep things simple and don't swing for the fences. When promised quick profits, respond with a quick "no”. 50. Lose money for the firm, and I will be understanding. Lose a shred of reputation for the firm, and I will be ruthless. 51. Many management teams are just deciding they're gonna buy X billions over X months. That's no way to buy things. You buy when selling for less than they are worth. ... It's not a complicated equation to figure out whether it is beneficial or not to repurchase shares. 52. The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything. 53. Most people get interested in stocks when everyone else is. The time to get interested is when no one else is. You can't buy what is popular and do well. 54. Never invest in a business you cannot understand. 55. Your premium brand had better be delivering something special, or it’s not going to get the business. 56. One can best prepare themselves for the economic future by investing in your own education. If you study hard and learn at a young age, you will be in the best circumstances to secure your future. 57. The most important thing to do if you find yourself in a hole is to stop digging. 58. One thing that could help would be to write down the reason you are buying a stock before your purchase. Write down "I am buying Microsoft at $300 billion because..." Force yourself to write this down. It clarifies your mind and discipline. 59. Only when the tide goes out do you discover who's been swimming naked. 60. Opportunities come infrequently. When it rains gold, put out the bucket, not the thimble. 61. Price is what you pay. Value is what you get. 62. Read 500 pages like this every day. That's how knowledge works. It builds up, like compound interest. All of you can do it, but I guarantee not many of you will do it. 63. Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing. 64. If a business does well, the stock eventually follows. 65. Since I know of no way to reliably predict market movements, I recommend that you purchase Berkshire shares only if you expect to hold them for at least five years. Those who seek short-term profits should look elsewhere. 66. Someone's sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago 67. The best thing that happens to us is when a great company gets into temporary trouble... We want to buy them when they're on the operating table. 68. Speculation is most dangerous when it looks easiest. 69. Stay away from it. It's a mirage, basically...The idea that it has some huge intrinsic value is a joke in my view. 70. The best chance to deploy capital is when things are going down. 71. The stock market is a no-called-strike game. You don't have to swing at everything -- you can wait for your pitch. 72. There is nothing wrong with a 'know nothing' investor who realizes it. The problem is when you are a 'know nothing' investor but you think you know something. 73. This does not bother Charlie and me. Indeed, we enjoy such price declines if we have funds available to increase our positions. 74. Too-big-to-fail is not a fallback position at Berkshire. Instead, we will always arrange our affairs so that any requirements for cash we may conceivably have will be dwarfed by our own liquidity. 75. There are all kinds of businesses that Charlie and I don’t understand, but that doesn’t cause us to stay up at night. It just means we go on to the next one, and that’s what the individual investor should do. 76. You can’t buy what is popular and do well. 77. We never want to count on the kindness of strangers in order to meet tomorrow's obligations. When forced to choose, I will not trade even a night's sleep for the chance of extra profits. 78. We will reject interesting opportunities rather than over-leverage our balance sheet. 79. We've long felt that the only value of stock forecasters is to make fortune tellers look good. Even now, Charlie and I continue to believe that short-term market forecasts are poison and should be kept locked up in a safe place, away from children and also from grown-ups who behave in the market like children. 80. What is smart at one price is stupid at another. 81. What we learn from history is that people don't learn from history. 82. When stock can be bought below a business's value it is probably the best use of cash. 83. When trillions of dollars are managed by Wall Streeters charging high fees, it will usually be the managers who reap outsized profits, not the clients. 84. When we own portions of outstanding businesses with outstanding managements, our favorite holding period is forever. 85. When you have able managers of high character running businesses about which they are passionate, you can have a dozen or more reporting to you and still have time for an afternoon nap. Conversely, if you have even one person reporting to you who is deceitful, inept or uninterested, you will find yourself with more than you can handle. 86. Whether we're talking about socks or stocks, I like buying quality merchandise when it is marked down. 87. Widespread fear is your friend as an investor because it serves up bargain purchases. 88. You are neither right nor wrong because the crowd disagrees with you. You are right because your data and reasoning are right. 89. You can't borrow money at 18 or 20 percent and come out ahead. 90. You can't produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant. 91. The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect… You need a temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd or against the crowd. 92. You don't need to be a rocket scientist. Investing is not a game where the guy with the 160 IQ beats the guy with 130 IQ. You only have to be able to evaluate companies within your circle of competence. 93. The size of your circle of competence is not very important; knowing its boundaries, however, is vital.

5 years ago, I created a fundraiser on Donate-NG to buy a laptop. I had just been admitted to the university to study Computer Science. But I didn't own a laptop. That was a very big setback for me. The Job I had then was paying 500 Naira per 1000 Word article I wrote. At the time, I was studying with a Tecno Y6 that had passed from my older sister to my older brother, then to me. (A generational phone 😅) I kept asking myself: How was I supposed to survive the department like this? To make things worse, my dad was battling prostate cancer. Asking for money wasn’t even an option. So on October 7th, 2020, in the heat of COVID, I did the only thing I thought I could do. I made this YouTube video begging good Nigerians to help me raise money for a laptop. That video is still online and yes… It’s embarrassing now 😅 Nobody watched it, and Not a single naira was raised. ----- That moment could have broken me. But instead, something clicked. I realized no one was coming to save me. So I decided to take control of my life. That same October; • I got my first Web3 gig as a community engager • The pay was ₦6,000 per month • It wasn’t much, but it was hope Then in December 2020, everything changed. • A VC paid me $500 to engage across the projects they invested in. For the first time in my life, I had real money in my hands. I withdrew ₦160,000, and I bought my first laptop. My First Laptop: That laptop is still with me today. I keep it with me as a reminder of my sheer grit and hustle. From that moment on, everything began to compound. I went on to work with and contribute to multiple Web3 and tech projects, building communities, onboarding users, managing growth, running programs, and shipping real impact across Africa. I grew from: • A student with no laptop • To help hundreds of people get jobs through my academy - The Void Academy (Many students from there are now earning working remotely) • To onboard tens of thousands of users across Africa • To manage ambassadors, communities, and growth teams Today: • I work as a User Acquisition & Marketing Manager earning a six-figure salary (₦) • I earn 6 figures (₦) bi-weekly from X creator payouts • I can afford any laptop I want • I use a phone I could only dream of back then And today… I’m officially launching the waitlist for my first product as a founder. ----- A Phone and A Dream (A Phone and A Dream | Waitlist Live) This product is deeply personal. Because I’ve lived this story. I know that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not, and getting opportunities today starts with access to basic tools. A Phone and A Dream exists to change that. ----- So, what exactly is A Phone and A Dream? A Phone and A Dream is a social-impact platform that connects device donors with people who lack access to basic tech tools: students, builders, creators, and professionals, using the Avalanche🔺 blockchain to make every donation transparent, traceable, and impactful. We believe access to the right device can be the difference between potential and progress. I'm living proof of that, so are many of you reading this right now. This isn’t just about giving devices. It’s about unlocking opportunity. Devices that can be donated include: 1. Phones: Smartphones of all brands (Android & iOS) 2: Laptops: Windows laptops 3. MacBooks: ThinkPads and similar work machines 4. Tablets: iPads, Android tablets 5. Desktop PCs: Complete desktop setups 6. Monitors & Peripherals: Monitors/displays, Keyboards, Mice 7. External Storage: HDDs, SSDs, USB drives 8. Creator Tools: Ring lights, Microphones, Webcams, Tripods And this is important, Devices don’t have to be brand new. We accept: - New Devices - Used but functional devices - Devices that need refurbishing If it can be repaired, upgraded, or repurposed, it can still change a life. Many tech bros/girls buy a new device yearly; the old device you no longer use could be someone else’s first opportunity. ----- Benefits to You as a donor: You don’t just donate and hope for the best. You can: • Track every device donated • See where it goes • And you can follow the recipient milestones to keep updated with how they've effectively used the device (No more donations without accountability.) • You get to know the real impact of your generosity We’ve seen incredible people like I D R I S, Sir Dickson, SUPREMOS 🤍🐘, Ayilola of Nigeria /Laptop Guy 🩺 🇳🇬 🇬🇧🇺🇸, King.sol 🇶🇦 (with Rainbow's Adolf),Xeusthegreat (♟,♟), WILSON, C W E , Farmercist - TOKEN2049 🇸🇬👨‍🌾, just to name a few donate devices to people. The Laptop Guy (Ayilola of Nigeria /Laptop Guy 🩺 🇳🇬 🇬🇧🇺🇸) has been trying to help millions of Nigerians with devices. But one major challenge has always been tracking, reporting, and accountability on both end including the recipients, so he can tell the extent of his impact. That’s exactly what A Phone and A Dream solves. If you come onboard as a Donor on A Phone and A Dream | Waitlist Live, you get to see: • Where their device went • Who received it • What it enabled ----- Benefits to You as a recipient: You're not getting charity, you're receiving opportunity, access to tools that unlock learning, work, income, and dignity. So you don't pass through what I did. • You get a device after being approved • You get to participate in bounties, tasks, and hackathons on the platform to earn funds • You get a portfolio dashboard that you can consistently update your milestones and be accountable to your donor. ----- Lastly, we’re currently participating in the Avalanche Build Games Hackathon. This is me asking for your help, don't fade me again 😩. If you know: • Someone who can donate a device (new or refurbished) • Someone who can amplify this mission • Share the website with them • Also help me like, repost, quote, and share this post Please tag them in the comments, tag accounts that can help amplify this mission, and let the world see. Part of the rewards if we get selected and go on to win the hackathon will be used to fund new devices to go live on the platform. (Help us make this happen.) If you’re a recipient, you can visit our website (Website is in my bio and also in the comment) and join the waitlist. ⚠️ Important: The first batch of devices priority will go to users on the waitlist, our Day 1 champs. A Phone and A Dream is here to change lives by giving you access. You can help this mission by: • Tagging potential donors • Tagging amplifiers and your friends • Sharing our website • Encouraging people to join the waitlist Five years ago, I begged for a laptop. Today, I’m building a system so others don’t have to beg. ♥ The website is on my bio and in the comment, also see it on A Phone and A Dream | Waitlist Live's bio.

$AMD| The FOMO to buy AMD Chips is NOW 🧵 Not Financial Advice! DYOR! Research Purpose Only! The Inference Queen is the biggest winner in Agentic AI where all other CPUs are struggling to compete with a 2yr old EPYC Turin and EPYC Venice is in mass production phase. AMD stresses deployability today on standard x86 platforms (no proprietary architectures required), full software compatibility, and open standards. This positions Venice + Helios as a practical, high-density alternative to competing solutions while underscoring that agentic AI shifts the balance toward CPU-rich racks alongside GPUs, and most importantly, lowering the cost of token to accelerate adoption and innovation. Context: The Wall Street Journal yesterday came out with an article that OpenAI is condiering drasstically lowering the token prices to win more customers from Anthropic. The narrative "they" are trying to exacerbate the current AI selloff won't last long. This is a fundamental misunderstanding of what is going on, or what I already discussed for months and years. Followers and Subscribers already knew this for years, that this day would come, where token cost will bcome the central discussion among enterprises as there is no such thing as unlimited budget or Tokenmaxxing when they use $NVDA chips or In-house Hyperscalers chips. I will link various threads if you are interested in understanding the full picture from supply chain to recent TSMC Rapid 2nm expansion up to 12 Fabs total by 2027/2028. Hyperscalers and AI natives effectively have no choice but to buy more AMD system for Agentic AI as leadership in economical, power-aware, high-volume internal + agentic use. However, due to supply constraints where Supply is far behind Demand, this makes multi-vendor reality along with in-house chips drive faster industry progress, lower overall costs, and better sustainability. NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin cannot compete with a 2 years old EPYC Turin, but AMD under Dr. Lisa Su has engineered the lowest cost-per-million-tokens, highly competitive energy-efficient solutions, and superior CPU orchestration for agentic AI at scale with Helios. Dr. Su has championed this shift since at least 2023, foreseeing the rise of agentic workflows that demand far more orchestration, parallel agents, and balanced compute well before the industry fully embraced it. Her long-term vision of AI moving from simple prompts to always on, multi-agent systems has driven AMD’s investments in high-core EPYC CPUs and integrated rack-scale solutions, perfectly positioning the company for today’s realities. The OpenAI-AMD 1GW Helios deployment (starting H2 2026) represents a pivotal vertical integration move that directly supercharges the inference economics. This isn't incremental; it's a structural shift toward ownership of massive, optimized rack-scale capacity, enabling the lowest token costs and triggering the enterprise adoption flywheel. We need to be honest, $AMD is the only company that made a big bet on Inference since the day Chatgpt became sensational where $NVDA and others were betting big on Training. At the end of the day, Token bill from Anthropic has to obey economics. Meaning the bills rise, companies have to get more out of it to justify the cost. It cannot be an unlimited inference budget, and it has to show up on efficiency, profitability and operating leverage. 1. Tokenomics After you understand this, you will understand why Citi cited Anthropic is likely to sign a deal with $AMD along with Hyperscalers, AI Labs, Sovereign AI like Softbank 5GW in France and many other countries. However, OpenAI and $META are now wanting faster deployment, and they are AMD shareholders now, they have prioritized allocation. Anthropic and Hyperscalers just cannot compete when Helios Rack lower token cost to$0.0003–$0.0005 per million tokens at GW scale. Cost to build 1GW data center 1GW Helios Rack full build is estimated $30-$35B 1GW Rubin Rack full build is estimated $45-$55B Inference (Cost per Million Tokens) ~$NVDA B200 / HGX: ~$0.02–$0.08 on optimized workloads (FP4/MXFP4, speculative decoding). Significant improvement over Hopper but still premium-priced. GB200 NVL72 rack-scale: $0.05–$0.25+ ~$AMD Helios Racks: $0.0003-$0.0005 per M tokens, dramatically lower than NVIDIA equivalents in owned infra. MI355X node-level: Up to 40% more tokens per dollar vs. competing solutions ( B200), driven by higher memory capacity (up to 288GB+ HBM), strong bandwidth, and lower acquisition costs. Training ~$NVDA Rubin Rack is estimated $0.7-$1.2/M Tokens ~$AMD Helios Rack is estimated $0.65-$1.0/M Tokens Now, OpenAI, META and Hyperscalers can lower Inference cost even further with $AMD EPYC Venice "dense rack" or Agentic AI Rack. AMD published a detailed technical blog emphasizing that the future of agentic AI autonomous, multi-step AI systems requiring heavy orchestration, databases, caching, APIs, and control planes demands massive CPU-dense rack-scale infrastructure, not just GPUs. The catalyst prominently positions their upcoming 6th Gen EPYC "Venice" processors as the key enabler for next-generation dense racks, delivering leadership throughput under real-world power, cooling, and density constraints. ~EPYC Venice (Zen 6 architecture, up to 256 cores / 512 threads per socket) is projected to deliver exceptional rack-level performance. In AMD’s modeled 100 kW rack comparisons, Venice-powered systems are expected to achieve ~3.30x the throughput of NVIDIA’s Vera (88-core Olympus) baseline across a broad mix of agentic-supporting workloads. ~This builds on current-generation 5th Gen EPYC "Turin" (up to 192 cores), which already delivers ~2.37x rack throughput vs. Vera and ~1.6x vs. Intel’s Xeon 6980P (128 cores). ~ Liquid-cooled Turin deployments already support >27,000 CPU cores per rack today. Venice is architected to push this beyond 36,000 cores in the same rack class, dramatically increasing concurrent agent capacity and overall infrastructure efficiency. 2. Ownership vs renting compute from Hyperscalers matter to OpenAI and only owning $AMD chips can meaningfully lower token cost for enterprises. ~Eliminates cloud overhead: No provider margins, utilization buffers, or egress fees. Direct control over power contracts, cooling, scheduling, and orchestration at dedicated facilities. ~Helios optimizations at GW scale: Rack-level density (1.4+ exaFLOPS FP8 per rack), high HBM4 bandwidth, EPYC orchestration for agentic workloads, and superior TCO/TDP. AMD's long-standing focus on tokens per dollar/watt shines here 20-40%+ efficiency edges in inference-heavy scenarios. ~At 1GW+ optimized deployment, inference hits $0.0003–$0.0005 per million tokens (community/analyst models tied to Helios metrics). This is dramatically lower than typical rented/cloud equivalents, especially for high-volume output tokens in agentic flows. High token bills today, enterprises running heavy agentic/coding/analysis workloads can face $50-100M+/month at current API rates (flagship models $5-30+/M output, scaled to massive volumes). Post-Helios compression, same volume will drop to $10-15M/month (or better) via lower underlying costs passed through as pricing flexibility, volume tiers, caching, or batch discounts. ROI thresholds collapse. More companies greenlight pilots → production → massive scaling. Agentic AI (autonomous workflows) multiplies token demand exponentially, but affordability removes the friction. OpenAI gains flexibility, Unlike more cloud-dependent rivals (Anthropic), they can lower effective pricing, offer aggressive enterprise bundles, or absorb volume without margin destruction directly tackling "high token bill" complaints while maintaining profitability as usage explodes. 3. Agentic AI Models shifted CPU:GPU Ratio to 1:1 toward 3-5:1 with Explosively Token-Hungry Workloads Agentic AI (autonomous, multi-step agents with planning, tool use, iteration, and self-correction) is fundamentally more compute and token intensive than conversational or single-turn generative AI. Agentic AI. autonomous, multi-step workflows with orchestration, tool use, parallel agents, data movement, and enterprise integration has dramatically increased the importance of strong host CPUs alongside GPUs. This shifts the CPU-to-GPU ratio higher and makes balanced systems critical toward 1:1 to 5:1 as enterprises testing more than 5-10 agents. AMD EPYC Venice excels ~Leadership core density (up to 256 Zen 6 cores per socket) for running many agents in parallel, orchestration layers, and high-throughput control-plane tasks. ~Superior performance-per-core and power efficiency ( up to 2.1x higher perf/core and 2.26x better SPECpower vs. NVIDIA Grace in benchmarks). ~Tight integration in Helios: One Venice CPU + multiple MI450 GPUs per node, enabling efficient data feeding to GPUs ("zero-copy"), parallel execution, and full rack utilization for complex agentic loops. Hyperscalers (Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Softbank) and AI natives (OpenAI, Anthropic...) are adopting high-core EPYC at scale specifically for these agentic demands, as CPUs now handle a larger share of non-model work (orchestration, policy enforcement, tool calls). This complements AMD’s lower-cost GPUs for overall TCO wins. ~Agents often generate 10–100x+ more tokens per task due to iterative reasoning chains, multiple tool calls, verification loops, and long-context orchestration. ~Goldman Sachs forecasts token consumption multiplying 24x by 2030 (to 120 quadrillion tokens/month) largely driven by agentic adoption in consumer and enterprise. ~Enterprise data shows agent-pattern workloads growing at 680% annualized rates, projected to surpass conversational AI in token volume by Q3 2026. ~Daily enterprise agent token consumption is already in the billions, with complex workflows (coding, workflows, analysis) amplifying this dramatically. 4. Competitive Edge: Winning Customers from Anthropic Anthropic’s Claude models (especially Opus/Sonnet) excel in complex reasoning and agentic coding, commanding premium positioning. However, their higher underlying costs (heavier reliance on third-party cloud with margins) limit pricing flexibility compared to OpenAI’s owned Helios capacity. Anthropic is on track to generate $10.9 billion in Q2 revenue. The company expects to achieve its first-ever quarterly adjusted operating profit of $559 million. However, sustaining full-year profitability remains challenging due to immense computing and model training costs The truth is, Anthropic has no choice but to buy as much $AMD chips as possible if they want to compete with OpenAI or get investors attention. This 5% adjusted operating profit to revenue ratio is just pathetic. Current pricing dynamics (2026): OpenAI already undercuts on many tiers ( flagship output tokens significantly cheaper than equivalent Claude Opus). Nano/mini models offer 5–10x advantages for volume work. Anthropic holds edges in long-context flat pricing and certain reasoning quality. OpenAI after Helios Rack Ownership, At $0.0003–$0.0005/M effective costs, OpenAI gains massive headroom to: ~Aggressively discount high-volume agentic tiers or bundles. ~Offer “unlimited” enterprise plans or usage-based models that Anthropic struggles to match without margin erosion. ~Target cost-sensitive, high-throughput agent deployments (dev tools, automation platforms) where token bills explode. Enterprises facing $ millions in monthly agentic bills will migrate to the provider delivering better economics at scale. OpenAI’s combination of strong models (o-series reasoning) + lowest TCO positions it to erode Anthropic’s enterprise share, especially as agentic becomes the dominant token consumer. Cheaper tokens expand the total addressable market dramatically. This feeds the data/model improvement loop, justifying further capex. AMD benefits from proven scale pulling in more customers (Meta, Oracle, Microsfot, Amazon, Softbank, TensorWave, LumaAI ... already aligned on Helios). Conclusion: Dr. Lisa Su has been laser focused on inference economics since at least 2022–2023, repeatedly emphasizing that the real battleground for AI scalability would be TCO, power efficiency (TDP), and ultimately tokens per dollar and per watt not just raw training FLOPS. While many viewed inference as a secondary, commoditized workload, Dr. Su architected AMD’s roadmap around rack-scale systems optimized for high-volume, sustained inference that would dominate as models matured and usage exploded. Helios represents the culmination of that multi-year bet: a fully integrated, open platform designed precisely for the economics of massive token throughput. This deep, strategic partnership with OpenAI starting with the 1GW Helios deployment in H2 2026 and scaling to 6GW, is the embodiment of that shared vision. Both companies foresaw a future where agentic AI models evolve to become extraordinarily token-hungry: autonomous agents executing complex, iterative workflows with planning, tool use, verification loops, and long-context reasoning. These workloads can consume 100x+ more tokens per task than traditional chat or single-turn generation, driving exponential demand as capabilities improve and enterprises deploy them at scale. By owning and optimizing this massive Helios capacity at GW scale, OpenAI achieves inference costs as low as $0.0003–$0.0005 per million tokens. This structural cost advantage allows OpenAI to absorb the coming token explosion profitably, dramatically lower effective pricing for enterprises, and win high-volume agentic workloads from higher-cost competitors like Anthropic. What was once a prohibitive monthly token bill becomes an affordable accelerator for productivity and innovation. The OpenAI-AMD alliance validates Dr. Su’s prescient strategy and turns the Agentic flywheel into reality: Collapsing inference costs → explosive token consumption → richer data and better models → accelerate greater demand. This partnership doesn’t just address today’s economics, it positions both leaders at the center of the infrastructure buildout that will power AI’s next decade. By delivering the lowest inference economics at scale, OpenAI not only solves enterprise bill pain but gains a decisive weapon to win share from higher-cost rivals like Anthropic. And that is why OpenAI and $META will deploy EPYC Dense Rack Not Financial Advice! DYOR! Research Purpose Only!

That white-knuckle countdown may become a gut-punch defeat, an unforgettable clutch, a desperate last-second dive into the portal as your downed allies watch in envy and horror (couldn't be me), or an unnerving anticlimax. It's not always a pleasant one, but it is a strong emotional hook" ▪️Some previewers worried about variety, weren't impressed with the objectives in the alpha, like hunting computer monitors on the map, sprinting over, marking dropships, sprinting over, and repeating, though random events help spice things up ▪️Not a 20-map game says Bungie, map design "does have that sticky battle royale quality of generating memories", though still worried 3-4 medium sized maps might not be enough ▪️Bungie's "verbiage" on updates sounds like possibly 1 new map a year + refreshing existing ones in between, which could work in its favor pushing players to really learn maps, but will they hold up over hundreds of hours? ▪️Fights are decided by gun skill, clever ability use, map awareness, how strong your shield is, how many healing supplies you have, etc ▪️Example: If you have one bar of shield and enemy has four, you'll lose 1v1, but change it up with powerful grenades, status effects like toxic or overheat, backpacks are "transformative", etc Gameplay Trailer ▶️ Gameplay Overview ▶️ PS Blog ➡️ IGN ➡️ GamesRadar ➡️ ▶️

**ANNOUNCEMENT** I LOVE posting actionable small biz stuff. Dozens have started companies based on these posts, myself included! A year ago I did one on starting a tree biz that went viral & I thought…"hmm. I could do this!” So CoFounders Nik (today is his b-day BTW) and I partnered with a killer operator named James, and we put the exact tactics into action. We ate our own dog food and started a tree biz! Yes, we know you know this already, I'm getting to the point! I had helped a friend start a tree biz in 2019 with success as well. Usually startups don’t meet lofty projections AND learn it’s much harder than expected. In this case it was the opposite on both accounts. We're growing by double digits every month and are already profitable. Our total investment? Under $20k. We’re only a few months in, but we are already obsessed with the tree trimming biz, and plan to scale it nationwide…but not until Q1 when our franchise docs are done. So what until then? Well, we are about to open 3 more territories so we started planning a bootcamp for those operators, and then we thought, "Why not invite others as well?" So, let's do it! We want to show you how to do exactly what we did, in person, right here in Dallas, TX. Belly to belly, face to face. We want to show you how to get rich trimming & removing trees, without ever having to touch a chainsaw or buy equipment. You’ll be subbing out all the work while still netting 25+% margins. Fast Tree Care is my 2nd tree biz success, and we’re ready to copy/paste that alongside you. Behold, Tree Biz Bootcamp! (TreeBizBootcamp . com) Why a bootcamp and not a franchise? Well, because our FDD (franchise disclosure documents) will take a few months to complete, and we are impatient to a fault. We want to start NOW. If you want to learn how to grow your existing biz, this is also for you, as 80% of what you'll cover is applicable in other home service verticals. If you want someone to do this for or with you, this is also for you. More on that later... To be VERY clear, this isn’t a franchise YET. We are teaching YOU how to start your own business with your own name and brand, with no strings attached. So what’s the pitch? Fly here to Dallas, eat tacos & BBQ with us and spend a couple days learning every single thing there is to know about the tree biz. Including: Sales Quoting jobs Finding crews Lead generation x1,000 Selecting the right Insurance Integrating & managing your CRM Marketing Marketing Marketing And much, much more. This is a business constrained by people, and not by demand. That’s a great, solvable problem to have. They will be two very full days. *But wait, there’s more* If you want to start this biz but don't have an operator to launch, we got you covered Once you go back home, we’ll also pair you with a killer, young operator like James to work alongside you, or to start the business for you entirely. How? Because we get about 5,000 startup incubator applicants every month that we don’t know what to do with. We’ll pair you with a killer in your area. So, how much? Well first, here’s the value of what you’re getting: All the hands-on training, tools, documents and tactics you need to succeed in this biz with very little invested capital. It’s about as much training you’d get, if not more for a $50k franchise fee plus 7.5% of ongoing sales from a franchise. - $50k value Access to an entrepreneurial operator or partner - $20k value All you can eat and drink from Chris’ favorite local restaurants - $150 value Networking with Chris, Nik, other DFW-area Twitter folks and other tree biz attendees in person - Priceless Value? $70,150 + 7.5% of ongoing sales Our price? $5k + 0.00%. You keep 100% of the sales and 100% of the business, and pay us $5k once. Is $5k a lot? Well, kinda, but it depends on how you frame it. You know what else costs a lot? Spending 30 years in a job you hate. Spending 3 years under or over-quoting jobs. Spending 3 months to find the right marketing channel. Spending 3 more months to learn how to tap into the best crews. Spending your life savings on a lawsuit because you didn’t have the right insurance. $5k to save months or years of banging your head against the wall. $5k to finally be a business owner. This is an asymmetric bet. A 4 figure investment for a potential 6-7 figure company. There will be two dates - Nov. 27-29 and Dev 11-13. Max 20 people. 1 day for operations and 1 day for sales, growth and marketing. There will be speakers from other X personalities you may know, such as Stephen Olmon, Steven - Healthcare M&A Guy and more to be announced. I will speak extensively on the lead generation and marketing side. Finding customers will be your biggest strength. James will speak extensively about quoting jobs, finding crews, etc. We’ll drive around and show you how to quote jobs, work with crews and inspect trees. We’ll have a BBQ networking event at my house. It will be a ton of fun. You’ll meet a ton of smart guys that you can stay in touch with. You will learn exactly how to find leads from over 30 different sources. No filler, no fluff, no speaking in generalities. Step by step, we’ll bare it all. It will be the in person version of my threads, x1,000. Every website, tool, growth hack or angle you can think of. There are 46,559 tree trimming companies in the USA and would you believe that none of them will pick up the gosh dang phone? We’re not worried about creating 20 competitors that look and work like us, as we’re too busy coming for the other 46,559 guys to take their market share. Once our franchise docs are done, we’d love to have a chat about joining our brand and securing your territory. If you do, we’ll refund the bootcamp. If not, we wish you the best anyway! You're going to crush it no matter what. We’re throwing around the idea of adding a virtual event or other dates as well, so please let us know if there’s interest there. We feel that in-person is ideal, but realize that many can’t make it. We hope to see you there! The link is below.
