Using a Tesla Cybercab is almost stupidly simple. You get in. You press a button. It takes you where you want to go. Basically the same way we use an elevator today. Think about it… If you got into an elevator and there was a person inside manually operating it, it would feel weird. But back then, that used to be normal. Now we just press a button and trust the machine to take us to the right floor. Driving is going through that same transition with Tesla… except an elevator moves you up and down. A Cybercab moves you through the 3D world. What feels strange to us today will probably feel completely normal to my kids when they grow up. They may look at a person sitting behind a steering wheel the same way we would look at an elevator operator today. You just press a button and go. That’s how easy Cybercab is.

Racist gets punched in the mouth after assaulting a black man A Black man walks up to the elevator with his woman already in the elevator and the Racist blocks the elevator and tells the Black neighbor to get the fuck out. Minutes later the older man is at the front desk whining saying he was assaulted and “you’re gonna pay for this in court.” Public hotel. Shared elevator. One man thought he decides who gets to ride. He wouldn’t allow a couple on the elevator because they were black and he didn’t like how it ended.

Jack Nicholson recalls the unexpected thing Muhammad Ali said to him in an elevator "It was probably the Beverly Wilshire, but Warren Beatty was a good friend of his. All I remember was getting into the elevator, the three of us. Warren introduced him, and Muhammad looked at me and said, 'Ain't crazy for me?' I looked up at him and thought, man, this guy is out there. It was so out of the blue you're not expecting someone to say that to you. His eyes were lit up, and I don't know what he expected me to do."

Astranis CEO John Gedmark calls space elevators the ultimate civilizational flex: if aliens come and find us and we don't have our space elevator up and running yet, that's embarrassing "I like space elevators. This is the idea that originally came from Arthur C. Clarke, who also was the person who came up with the idea of geosynchronous orbit." "He came up with this idea of once you build out infrastructure in that orbit, you could build this thing called a space elevator. It sounds a little crazy. Hundreds of years away, could be thousands. It does not actually violate any laws of physics. It's arguably doable with technology we have today." "The best way to think of it is you have this orbiting platform in geo, and you have a very long cable that hangs down and comes down to the surface of the earth. You anchor it, and then you could have essentially elevator cars running up and down this cable." "It completely eliminates the need for rockets at all. The cost is just the cost of the electricity to run these cable cars." "It's actually an inevitable thing. It just may be on the multi-thousand-year timescale. But we gotta do it. A space elevator is the ultimate civilizational flex. Aliens come and find us, and we don't have our space elevator up and running yet? What are we doing? We can't allow that." The Tesla Cybercab is basically the modern-day version of an elevator. Except instead of taking you up and down floors… it takes you wherever you want to go. You get in. Press a button. And it takes you there. That’s it. I think Tesla landed on a MAJOR hit product.

*"Sorry "* is only 1 minute and 57 seconds long. It won an Academy Award for short film. Initiated by the elevator, the word Overload means overload, the elevator doesn't move and doesn't go up or down. Meanwhile, nobody wants to go out.. nobody wants to cooperate and wait for the next elevator. In the end, the one with the most beautiful character sacrifices…

These two hotel workers decided to put their phone into the elevator, they were going to race it to the bottom. So they prop the phone against the wall of the elevator and pushed the ground floor button and ran for the stairs. What makes this peculiar is when the elevator made it to the ground floor first, the door kept closing and opening as if someone was there, if you listen you can even hear a woman’s voice say “mmm.” I know some may say this could be an example of the paranormal, but could there be a reasonable explanation for this?

🤣So let me get this straight~ You were told the elevator might be broken and then you found out. You then press the call button and was misgendered. “I rather be stuck in an elevator and called ma’am…” 👉🏼I would have left your ass there then.

Right now, we have what we call elevator courage. My Republican colleagues will tell us privately in the elevator from the basement to the second floor what they really believe, and then come out on the floor and support the President and vote the right way.

I’ve never been to the St. Louis Gateway Arch, and I honestly never really thought about how people even get to the top of it. This video made me realize what an engineering marvel that elevator actually is. Because the arch is curved, they couldn’t use a normal elevator, so they came up with these clever little capsules that rotate and tilt as they go up. It looks like you're riding in a tiny space pod. Even more interesting? The whole system was designed by a guy who didn’t even have an engineering degree. I also had no idea there was a museum inside. This elevator might honestly be as impressive as the arch itself. Have you ever been up inside the Gateway Arch?
