Go Home

Working from home makes you less productive and easily replaceable. Remote working made sense until it didn’t. We had little choice during the beginning of the pandemic. But those days are long gone. While some jobs justify working from home, most of us would be better off getting dressed,...

Speak for yourself , Phil. I've been wfh since March 13, 2020. I like it better, I did not like the in-office work environment. We had to share desks, they switched us around every month. The bathrooms were small and sometimes dirty or things were broken. The drive was far and it was worse during bad weather. Some people are just so out of touch with the rest of us.

Many of us are used to working remotely or on the road /in the field so we can work off a car seat if necessary. We get showered & properly dressed and have full offices in our homes. Many times much with better set ups than what our companies provided in an office. If an employee is 5star producer they will be 5 star producer working off the hood of their car if necessary. Just as a low producer is generally a low producer in an office or remotely. 😎😇

That’s hilarious coming from a guy that makes his living promoting your psychobabble mumbo-jumbo! Now apparently you’ve become a Trump stooge who is known for his incompetence, corruption lawlessness & lying. You should be ashamed!

You make an inaccurate generalization right off the bat: “Working from home makes you less productive…” My daughter, for example, works in the office 3 days a week, from home 2 days. She says she accomplishes more at home because there aren’t distractions from other employees.

Dr Phil, you know better than to say things like this. Research shows that many people are more productive working at home. I work at home and am a beast. I wish you would stay in bed and shut your mouth.

Lots of Architects who have their own business worked from home before the pandemic…. As do other professions.

With traffic in one of the worst places in the nation, I have been able to save hundreds of hours over the last 5 years. Productivity is not an issue with people who “work”. I can see Dr.Phil’s comments being true but does not apply to everyone.

You think you have all the answers! You are 100% wrong. you can’t speak for what is best for certain jobs or the company, or who works from home It’s time you retired and kept your thoughts to yourself.
