There are more states than a normal software. We must reduce the unnecessary states while saying truth. Henry Modisett (HoDesign of Perplexity) says that "If your fork said 'bon appétit' every time you picked it up, people would get sick of that".

Ohhh nice! Way better than a traditional support chat bot where you sequencially need to provide required info. Another use case might be personalized ordering experience. Show dynamic menus/inventory or service options according to user needs 🤔
