basically rebuilt my crt shader so it's doing something a little more realistic with how the beam hits pixels. added video playback, and terminal mode with a bitmap font. made moire controllable.

making my threejs / webgpu star renderer (planetarium?) more of a real thing. renders 44 million stars from the gaia star catalog at 120 fps. there's no LOD/culling. every star in frame is drawn. next is adding a nice API for agents to write "tours" that play automatically

Made some major improvements to my WebGPU water shader (thanks Ghislain Girardot for the feedback!) Fixed a bug where waves weren't propagating and implemented JONSWAP spectrum for more realistic wave grouping. Hitting ~70FPS @ 2K res on my Macbook M1 Pro #threejs #webgpu #shaders
