Next build of poiyomi should reduce compile times on upload by more than 50%. I went from 7.5 minutes to 2 minutes!

I got eye tracking working with the look at shader. It's all on one material and obviously it's not perfect but it's a good start. You can make it so it only does this in the camera to make sure you're always looking at the camera for photos.

Hmm, I think I prefer the transparent Navigator variant. It simply dims your windows and environment/passthrough instead of using a large blur gradient.
