Working on my first icon

How are you supposed to know what color goes where without numbers???

Nice bro, will be cool to see your progress 👊

Looks cool! Very art deco.

this kinda stuff makes me think, ehhh there are enough good artists why should i pick up the skill again. great progress so far Jim Bob Vagene could never do this

Do you plan on selling these? Putting together my prayer corner and I need my first Icon.

It’s still very early.

I'll wait.

You’re a great artist JB I think this will be where your talent goes and become a great iconographer

so awesome

Whoa, didn’t know you were training! Glory be to God, brother! Prayers for many, many years of continued revelations through the labor of refining of this gift.

If this is real you are actually really good.

So cool I just made the same one with Theodoros

That's so cool

The church I go to looks like a jungle gym right now. I got to meet one of the Greek monks doing the icons on the cupola's blank spaces. I can't wait to see the additions. I thought the icons looked odd at first, but they have really grown on me. Keep showing your progress. ☦️

May it be blessed!

Glad to see your skills being a direct blessing to God, where the other stuff, though valuable, is lower on the hierarchy.
