let's talk about Galaxy S23 Ultra One UI 6 Beta2 animation. Here is the video comparison, from which we can find several mistakes. 1. Compared with One UI 5.1, One UI 6 Beta2 gestures are unresponsive. Obviously, 5.1 has started to respond, and 6 beta2 stays in place like a fool. This is the root cause of the slowness you feel. 2. Compared with One UI 5.1, One UI 6 Beta2 animation is very simple, without the effect of wallpaper scaling, it looks very rigid and boring. 3. This is possibly the most insane UI I've ever worked on. Everything had to stay live and feel tactile. But then when you expand a node it needed to become a regular 2D UI, all while juggling relative positions to the 3D objects, like some sort of 2.5D space 😵‍💫🤯

Everyone keeps calling the Apple Vision Pro's UI "Magical" I NEEDED to try it out for myself. The Quest Pro is capable of it so I made a demo using eye tracking and hand tracking replicating the Apple UI. Its really good. Updated the subagents system in my custom Pi extension to include: - Pi subagents - Codex subagents - Claude Code subagents The Pi thread can call and spin up any of them, and instead of just using the "codex exec" or whatever, it'll do a tool call that wraps it up in a first class way. Have a decent UI for them already added in as well. Pi being the main thread then having Codex/Claude Code as tools when needed feels so good. A flow I'm already using a ton is: "Implement feature ___, have a cc fable subagent research and plan out the api design + feature, then have a codex subagent implement it, then have a cc fable subagent do a review/fixes focused on simplicity and correctness" I also have a dynamic workflows extension setup and working, but it's not nearly as polished yet. Probably gonna make the subagent system more robust, then built it around that so u could have a workflow that flows between codex/cc/pi...

There is a "flash" bug in the One UI 7 Beta1 animation. In fact, there are at least three versions of this problem. Samsung seems to have not found it, so it has not been solved. You only need to open two apps in succession a little quickly (not particularly fast)，You will see a quick flicker in the picture. The first video is played at normal speed, and you can see a flash picture. The second video is a slow video, and you can see the moment when the soul of a page flashes in the ninth second. I call it the One UI 7 haunted event.

We translated the endurance of competitive hot dog eating into a game by prompting Gemini to “Create a HTML, CSS, Javascript hot dog eating contest game. Game mechanics is user needs to click super fast to eat each hotdog. Add a glass of water to help digest and allowing for faster eating when a user eats too many hotdogs. Timer is 1 minute.“ The Google Gemini App built the game mechanics in a single prompt, so the rest of our vibe coding focused on refining UI design with Gemini. Play here:
