Um, are you aware the vid doesn't even mention the adding Almond flour until after it's baked, no measurements either??

If you post food to cook, post the recipe .

I do this with just the flax seeds and ad nuts no flour just baking powder and whatever you want for sweetener but not necessary. Sometimes I do ad chia seeds too. After I add blueberries or strawberries and sometimes a little cream. One minute in the microwave. Stops that sugar craving.

Almond flour is exceptionally high in oxalates, containing roughly 140 mg to 200 mg of oxalates per 1/4 cup serving.Because grinding whole almonds into a fine flour concentrates the nuts, a single half-cup can exceed 400 mg of oxalates. #inflammation

What about Almond flour quantity

Yes, and please include the amount of almond flour in this one. Thanks so much!

When did you add almond flour? I must have missed that part. Unless baking soda is now almond flour. I think your AI glitched.

You never added almond flour in the video - but you talk about it at the end

@grok is this page and their contents real or Ai generated ?

Yes

lol, it's only when the bread is baked that you come to know that almond flour was required! How much??? Just guess

Yes please! Your chia/flax seed bread recipe looks awesome!

content Chia seeds have a high oxalate content, measuring about 45 mg to 101 mg per 2 tablespoons (or roughly 254 mg per 100 grams
