Uhmmm, NO. Fluoride should be no where near your mouth or your head much less in drinking water.

First do not do this, Toothpaste put on skin, can burn the skin, it does take hair colour off of skin, but, especially for sensitive skin,it CAN burn your skin. Be careful.
