I don’t think this is a flex He had NO rope to hold or keep him from falling into the well He was letting concrete bands slide down without assistance to buffer the fall Crazy — not safe at all and one small misstep or the dirt on the ground shifting could have been catastrophic Concrete damage is guaranteed … there is no way the concrete didn’t buckle or crack or collapse or break somewhere along the way or in the near future

Wouldnt this create cracks in the cement cylinders underneath? I see this having to be repaired in 2 years
