First, the guy on the bike was an ass, But deliberately ramming your car into someone is assault with a deadly weapon and possibly attempted murder.

If some random motorcyclist drove up beside me and started flipping me off and knocked my mirror off then he might have a bad day. Not sure why he decided to drive into the curb and crash - but motorcyclists aren't the brightest people.
