Would you stay in Mumbai or Thane?

Hi Vishal, Born and realised in Goregaon/ Kandivali i took a risk to shift Thane back 2019 for the above mentioned points and trust me I would say it is so better than most of Suburbs and I am happy I took that step.

Would rather shift to mumbai now because of disastrous traffic conditions in thane. Due to bad planning travelling to & fro thane and within thane has become so difficult and painful that no life is left to enjoy amenities. People are rather preferring navi mumbai

Thane infra is not ready to handle such inflow. Traffic conditions are already very bad.

Buyers need to be cautious on what they pay for amenities. Always compare price of old societies with limited amenities (low maintenance), less density and new launches with many useless amenities, high maintenance and high density. Avg price for good builders can even be 20k+.

Thane is Pune lite. So no way. Need Cosmopolitan crowd

Both places are shit. People live like cockroaches.

Shifted to Thane in 2009, loved the greenery , less traffic but not anymore. In the last 3 years, thane has got traffic issues especially in GB road, pollution and rampant increase in people moving into. If you are working will recommend to stay in Mumbai.

Too be very very honest, Mumbai is anytime better than thane and one thing in a city like Mumbai Where a normal person spend half of his life in travelling Standalone buildings without any amenities are Best at the end of the day it's your flat , you and your family
