Plant based keto would be the only healthy option to even consider. 💪🌱🌍🧬⚡️✅

I am neurotic and always struggled with depression. I have been on and off carnivore/keto in the last 2,5 years, just experimenting. Last year after being strict carnivore for about 3 months I suddenly felt a weight falling of my shoulders, anxiety and depression suddenly gone in a matter of a day or so. I had literally never felt like that ever in my entire life or perhaps it was so long ago I forgot how it felt without crippling anxiety. I wasn't completely sure what exactly it was that caused this and I lost too much weight so I switched to keto and stopped intermittent fasting. I also underestimated how much impact a cheat meal or two on vacation and holidays would have and because of added stress I was back to square one. Now I am just over the two month mark being strict carnivore and a couple of days ago it was like a switch was flipped. I suddenly started thinking way more positively and was happier in general eventhough nothing else changed. I am actually overtrained and not treating myself very well at the moment so normally I should be very depressed right now but I am not. It's a strange experience. I am now completely convinced it's my diet and my body is healing from decades of damage. I'm going for 6-12 months carnivore now and then reassess again. Hoping to get hidradenitis suppurativa in full remission as well. 🤞

Only if my brain was already completely fucked. As long as there is a solitary functioning neuron I wouldn’t follow this nonsense

And there is something going on with grains. If I have something that contains carbs, like for instance sugar or lactose, then I notice a blood sugar spike but that's it. If I eat grains, I notice an increase in anxiety and rumination in the hours up to a day after ingestion.

The guys that discovered the LDL receptor also attempted to create a foam cell with non-modified LDL. They failed. They repeated the trick with oxidised LDL, and succeeded. Thus proving that LDL has to be oxidised to form plaques. This was back in 1990. We've known since then that high LDL itself does not cause heart disease. Funny how the establishment let that revelation slide past them.

It’s frustrating to hear medical professionals say it’s too HARD to get people to change their diets. Me on the left: Overmedicated, suicidal, severe “treatment-resistant” depression & anxiety, rapidly gaining weight, uncontrolled asthma. This was HARD. Me on the right: No longer the same person because I learned how to eat in ways that eliminated all of the above symptoms. Was this hard? Sure, but not nearly as hard as the previous years of illness. STOP telling people change is too hard and START empowering them with the knowledge and tools to HEAL!
