Wow do I feel for Ricky here! Wildest thing I’ve seen in a while…. Highrollers/rule gurus, is this correct ruling? The 6d was supposed to be burn card on turn. 🤯 WSOP - World Series of Poker hard to rectify this but throw some of that promo/vlogger $ this... show more

@WSOP Correct ruling. TDA rule 39 Dealer called the floor right away ✅. Also props to @BobbyJamesPoker who said the rule before the floor arrived!

@WSOP It’s absurd how bad the dealers and staff for the WSOP are. You could play 10 tournaments at Wynn and see less dealer errors than you see on the average down at WSOP.

@WSOP Correct ruling, but absolutely sick

@WSOP the problem is that you don't know which card should have been the burn. The dealers puts down 3 cards, so 3 motions off the top of the deck, which one of those contained the double feed? We have no idea, and clearly the dealer doesn't either. - signed, a dealer

@WSOP Makes sense that’s the rule then to eliminate the question if 3/4 or x amount times cards are placed down. Difficult to spot in video if only 3 motions but irregardless every situation doesn’t have the convenience of being recorded to review so rule takes care of all instances

@2littlemice @WSOP This might be the worst ruling I’ve ever seen.

@WSOP Weird that he didn’t know immediately, but 100% correct ruling.

@WSOP This is the correct ruling, as shitty as it is for this guy.

@WSOP She burned, I feel like the 4 should’ve been the next burn.

@2littlemice @WSOP Please rate your dealer experience from 1–5 stars

@WSOP I got mis dealt rockets w 10 bb in a wsop event it happens. Say no problem and move on. It’s a mistake. @WSOP should hire more qualified dealers but prob isn’t enough anyways

@WSOP The problem with throwing money at it is that opens a huge can of worms for every mistake a dealer makes...what a nightmare if every mistake was now expected to have monetary compensation tied to it

@WSOP Yeaaa thats nuts a free entry to main or something top 20 sux

@WSOP Just by replaying the video you can tell the 4 is the burn card its sad they can’t just rewatch the vod and find that out I feel for the guy but tbh the runout would have been the same turn 8 river 7 so he would still lose to runner runner straight just without a K on board

@WSOP This is the rule. Always was the rule. Always will be the rule.

@WSOP It’s Rule 89 - Four card flop

@WSOP @wpt_global could do some really good free promo here and gift that bloke $50k. I’ll take $5k for the great idea.

@WSOP We don’t know which of the 3 flop cards when she counted them out face down had another card stuck.

@WSOP Dude just lost a 50/50.. would have still lost had the 4 been chosen as burn card

@WSOP 🤔 4 is never the burn here nor is this a 50/50 but ty for stopping by

@WSOP When they re-shuffle the four cards (which is the correct ruling in this situation) 2 out of the 4 cards being burnt mean AK wins and 2 out of the 4 means A9 wins

@WSOP Absolute correct ruling. Just a brutal outcome.

@WSOP

@WSOP Caught the end of the hand during coverage and wasn’t sure what happened. Based on placement of the K, isn’t it obvious it’s never the burn???

@WSOP She deals the flop face down on the table, grabs the pack of cards, and flips them over to spread them. That means the FIRST flop card dealt down is the 4h (with the 5d stuck to the top of it), SECOND Kd, THIRD 6d. It should have been 4h5dKd and the 6d would have been the burn 🤢

@WSOP As a floor at a large poker room, this is 100% the correct ruling. We have no definitive way of knowing which of the 4 cards is actually the burn. Shuffle the 4 together and pull one at random for the burn is the correct procedure.

@WSOP Either the K or the 6 are not supposed to be on the flop. Based on the rules, I think the floor did the right thing, but I would rather they just randomize if the K or 6 get burned instead of all 4. It's really unfortunate that it all played out like this, but no real choice.

@WSOP lol he would have had a whopping 12bbs. Not a million dollar mistake

@WSOP A lot of people struggling with why the 6d was clearly the burn card. Jump to 2:30.

@WSOP I don’t understand why dealer mistakes don’t end up being a null and void of the entire hand… why not give all previous bets back to the players and play a fresh hand from scratch?

@WSOP Need this rule changed STAT!!! when it is KNOWN as it is here, proceed as normal!! 6d is the burn! Continue the hand that way ESPECIALLY in an ALL IN situation , exposing the burn does NOT give any advantage here

@WSOP This cost the kid a lot of money check the rfid on the cards using the camera wow

@WSOP @JohnnyHock1

@WSOP Disgusting! @WSOP provide this man a free entry into the main event. Doesn’t help but at least his karma can help him there. Someone start a poker gofundme for his main event entry and food comps please

@WSOP Ricky your heater still activated, this wont be your biggest spot this series. Since your 3 wins in Panama there is much more to come. Just keep grinding Brother!

@WSOP Another reason why playing live is a joke.

@WSOP DEI dealer

@WSOP Crap ruling and I think it opens up the possibility of cheating with a player and dealer. Scenario - you’re at the main event FT and you get it all in as underdog pre flop. Cards are revealed and the dealer deals out 4 cards on the flop to give you a better chance to win.
