Correct, on purpose. I’ve been sharing this for several years now, the goal is to manipulate the crime data with the goal of changing the US federal crime index. It’s basically collectivism for crime. They know that minorities commit high percentage of crime so instead of getting the same minorities to stop committing crimes they are looking to manipulate that data and assign statistical accountability, you are completely different race by saying blacks and Mexicans and Arabs are white. Don’t get me wrong either, there have been plenty of whites committing disgusting criminal acts as well, but this is blatant manipulation of the data.
