Just played around with Cole Bemis’ work on sidebars and omg, it is SO satisfying. Cole & team have basically made the sidebar completely malleable. You can add or remove sections, create your own tabs, and customize how everything is organized. In a couple minutes, I went from one giant tab to separate, focused tabs for docs, meetings, recents, and chats. It feels like rearranging Lego blocks until everything clicks into place. Very fun. I have to keep re-subscribing to Suno cause it keeps getting better As always not affiliated, not paid, I just like it I used to make Drum & Bass ages ago professionally so this is very fun to try Their new model is Suno 5.5 and the coolest thing is they have a Studio, so you generate a song first, then you click Studio, you select your song, you select Split Stems and you get each music layer separate so Drums, Bass, Synth, Vocals etc. That's when it gets fun cause you can edit the song like you'd make a real song in a DAW (like real music production software) You can add filters like low pass, high pass etc and much more, I haven't even tried everything, but it's really fun Adding the Studio part is great because it adds more human direction to AI sounds, the Suno sounds are now good enough I think, like a Drum & Bass snare sounds punchy and solid, but it still lacks some overall composition/direction which a human can add here Very cool!!
