“it’ll change our company dramatically” Yes it will John. Let the lawsuits begin.

Seriously I can’t imagine this is legal. How could it be? To me it sounds like diverse board members questioning the hiring of white employees based on their race. That’s racism.

At this point, if people refuse to file lawsuits then this will never go away. I’m so sick of grown men letting themselves get their rights trampled on because they’re too chicken sh!+ to sue!

‼️‼️

@carolmswain is this not a civil rights violation? Thank you.

@carolmswain I’d like to hear what Carol thinks too, the way I see it this appears to be highly discriminatory.

Wow even John Deere is trying to turn America into South Africa. Sickening, and quite concerning

@JohnDeere 🤦🏼 Plowing yourself into irrelevance. One DEI at a time.

What John May is saying is unconstitutional

Here is what Grok says about the legality of hiring based on race: No, choosing an employee by race is generally not legal in the United States. Federal law prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This includes making hiring decisions based on an applicant's race. Employers are expected to make hiring decisions based on the qualifications and abilities of the applicant, not their race. Using race as a criterion in hiring decisions can be considered racial discrimination, which is illegal under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
