wow MiniMax H3 Max really changes the psychology/behavior behind AI video generation one of my least favorite things about working with AI has always been the waiting... you can't get into a "deep work" creative flow state while working ... this might change the game

Some nice changes here with one of my students We've basically been working on keeping the club more in front of the body during the backswing In the "Before", you can see he gets the club a little flat at lead arm parallel (P3), & the arms are really deep. This created a lot of over draws from a ball flight perspective So we worked on getting the takeaway feeling more outside & trying to hinge the club as vertical as he can at lead arm parallel (P3) This has helped him keep the club more in front of him. Now I wan't to tackle the trail forearm & lead wrist structure at the top 👊 If you are interested in working with me on your game, DM me & let's chat. I'll answer you directly. No "staff"... One of the amazing things about H3 is that you can upload audio references to get perfectly consistent voices for all your videos. Absolute game changer for AI content and incredible that it was developed by an open source model.

so, i might have been wrong.... i've been looking into AI UGC a little bit more and it's actually kind of insane the video you see below took $2 to make and the only visible problem (might) be the audio i know ecom brands using ai ugc for there organic and paid doing over $1M/mo i'm still bullish on real human clipping and ai content but considering how much ai ugc has improved over the last few months... it's going to be interesting to see how the content marketing world changes this year

I just dropped myself into a Taylor Swift-style music video without writing a single prompt, timeline, or storyboard. I uploaded one photo and the song. That's it. Atlabs AI took over from there: • Built the character sheet • Planned the scenes • Generated the prompts • Synced every cut to the beat • Delivered a finished edit Most AI video tools promise automation, but the tradeoff is usually creative control. This was the opposite. The agents handled the production work while I focused on direction. Every scene, transition, framing choice, and creative decision stayed in my hands. When the edit was ready, I could jump in, swap shots, rework sequences, change the mood, and fine-tune the story. It felt less like using a tool and more like working with an AI production crew. We're moving beyond prompting. The next wave is directing autonomous creative workflows that understand the music, build the narrative, and still leave the final call to you. This type of image is difficult for the AI to separate the subject in the front from the people behind her - they tend to move the group as if they are a single unit. But the results were interesting, as you can see! I chose my favorite results, below.
