Wow. The difference in flicker is insane between these three bulbs I had lying around (LED, CFL, Incandescent). This is at 1/6th speed. Your brain does not like the crap LEDs.

Dave Asprey just made me want to rip out every light bulb in my house. He revealed that the US basically made traditional incandescent bulbs illegal to sell last year (with fines up to $440 per bulb for companies that break the rule), forcing everyone toward harsh, bright white LEDs and fluorescent lights that quietly mess with your brain, cause brain fog, and accelerate aging. Studio lighting in particular is brutal. Asprey wears special glasses on set that block the toxic part of blue light, and he swears the difference in how his brain feels at the end of the day is massive. His simple fix? Ditch the harsh blue light. Use warm 2700K bulbs, add dimmer switches, and get as close as possible to the old incandescent glow your body actually likes. He stocked up on thousands of incandescent bulbs right before they became illegal to sell. (Note: While selling incandescent bulbs is now banned in the US and similar phase-outs have happened in the EU, Canada, and other countries, owning and using the ones you already have is still perfectly legal.) Have you switched to warmer lighting at home yet, or are you still living under harsh cool-white LEDs? Noticed any difference in energy or mental clarity?

This one is pretty powerfull. 220Volt A/C current. Those are probably LED bulbs but they could be incandescent bulbs. Hard to tell in the video. A/C means no batteries so don't even go there...instant block 🚫 for stupidity. Electromagnetic free Energy is coming whether "they" like it or not.

Buy Incandescent Bulbs 💡 NOT LED lights. ❌ LED lights have a radiation warning on them and they're based on blue light which causes tones of problems, unlike the incandescent bulbs were they can help you relax and soothe your mind. They don't want you to know this‼️🔺👁️😈

I've been recommending incandescent light bulbs. But what about your kitchen? Your bathroom? Incandescents don't fit most of those fixtures. The answer: halogen bulbs. Glen Jeffery, UCL: "In the kitchen I have got a halogen lamp. When you get up in the morning and you're spending that 45 minutes doing stuff — there's a halogen lamp there on at the right time." Halogen is a type of incandescent. Almost identical full spectrum output. Infrared included. The key difference: Halogen bulbs contain halogen gas that redeposits tungsten back onto the filament as it evaporates — longer lifespan, same full spectrum output. The result: longer lifespan than a standard incandescent, higher operating temperature, and slightly whiter light — but still full spectrum with significant infrared output. Like incandescents, halogen bulbs have been phased out and banned across much of Europe and the UK. But they can still be found — Amazon, specialist lighting suppliers, some hardware stores still carry stock. And if you can dim them: "If you just turn the power down — which increases the amount of infrared light — the bulb will last almost forever." Jeffery's team ran a study in a windowless UCL building under harsh LED lighting. They replaced desk lamps with 40W incandescent bulbs — not aimed at eyes, just supplementing the environment. Two weeks later: color perception improved significantly — more than anything they'd seen with long-wavelength LEDs. They removed the bulbs. Came back six days later. The improvement was maintained. A month later — still maintained. Jeffery: "We are suffering from a suppression of our physiology via mitochondria that is just being produced by the built environment." The fix doesn't have to be complicated. Incandescent bulbs where you can. Halogen in the kitchen and bathroom where you can't. Indoor lighting environment sorted.
