I realize many will likely recoil at what I am going to say, but let me preface with: none should construe anything I say as reason not to vote. I am a co-chair of the Republicans for Harris FL team; as a former MAGA activist and pundit, from 2015---22, I will do everything I can, legally and ethically, to ensure she, and down-ballot Democratic candidates, are elected. At one time, I will admit, @NancyMace's @abbydphillip appearance would have angered me. I no longer feel that way; rather, I have come to see Ms. Mace---and so many of her GOP colleagues---with pity. If there comes a day when she, and others, take responsibility for their actions and rhetoric, sincerely offer penitence and want to leave MAGA, our Leaving MAGA community will welcome her; and, anyone having doubts and feeling remorse. Empathy and education are how we empower others to leave MAGA. But the GOP must be electorally mercy-killed, so we can begin to restore a healthier 2-party political system---which we have always had, and always will have. Thank you. #LeavingMAGA @LeavingMAGA
