WTF, WHY IS NOBODY TELLING YOU TO SET THIS UP TODAY? SEVEN AGENTS, ZERO CODE, ONE EVENING. Start using Grok Bot for content today. Not next month. Today. The gap between the people who did and the people who kept meaning to is already visible on this timeline. Nothing...

Fried's Getting Real, 2006: ship, measure, iterate. Now the human bottleneck is the approve button. Next question is which of the seven agents you actually trust with voice.

The biggest bottleneck for most creators isn’t ideas — it’s execution. Seven specialized agents turning one idea into research, content, visuals, analysis and distribution is basically a personal media company in a box. The leverage isn’t creating more. It’s finally shipping everything you already have in your head. 🔥

Seven agents in one evening sounds crazy, but the “shipping problem” is the part that hits. Most ideas don’t fail because they’re bad - they just never make it out of the drafts.

If you can really set up a content system like this with Grok Bot in just one evening, that’s impressive. Very useful guide!

WTF, GROK BOT JUST MADE AI AGENTS AVAILABLE TO LITERALLY ANYONE – CREATING CONTENT HAS NEVER BEEN THIS EASY, EVEN IF YOU'VE NEVER MADE ANYTHING BEFORE Content was never a talent problem. It's a headcount problem. One person doing research, design, copy, analytics, timing and publishing – that's six jobs. The switching between them is what kills consistency, not a lack of ideas. Here's what one of these setups actually looks like. A Chief of Staff sits in the middle and routes every task. Nothing lands on the human. → Researcher tracks what's actually moving and pulls real sources instead of guesswork → Writer turns that research into finished copy, ready to review → Visualiser gets fed a few reference visuals once, then ships everything in that style → Analyst reads the numbers and tells the rest of the team what worked → Scheduler owns timing and holds the queue → Publisher ships it The part that makes it work: every agent on Grok Bot gets its own persistent computer, browser and file system – and they all share memory. So the research is already sitting inside the draft before the draft starts. No copy-pasting between tools. No approving every step. No human in the middle. You can even teach an agent a repetitive task by recording yourself doing it once. Start recording, do the thing, stop. It learns the pattern. And that's the real shift. Nobody needs AI to tell them what to post. They need it to delete the 40 steps between the idea and the post. Everyone has a backlog of things they've meant to make for months. This is what starts clearing it. Full breakdown of the setup in the article below ↓

WTF, GROK BOT GALAXY STARTS TOMORROW AND THEY'RE BUILDING AN ENTIRE COMPANY FROM ZERO, LIVE ON STAGE. I'M NOT WAITING THREE DAYS. THE GROK BOT CONTENT SYSTEM IS ALREADY BUILT – AND YOU CAN HAVE IT RUNNING TONIGHT. Twelve sessions across three days. 101, engineering, product, founders, sales engineering, sales, SDRs, support, marketing ops, post-sales, marketing, final showcase. A company assembled in public, workflow by workflow. → Watch all of it. Register if you haven't. It's going to be good. But I'm not bringing a concept to this. I'm bringing infrastructure that already runs. The Grok Bot Content System is finished and in use. Seven agents, one narrow job each, a fixed handoff order. A chief of staff that routes. A researcher that sources and verifies. A writer that works in my voice. A visualiser that renders in my style. An analyst that reads what performed and tells the other two what to change. A scheduler that owns timing. A publisher that ships and confirms. Zero code. Seven prompts. Ten minutes to stand up. Then it runs without me in the loop. Here's why that matters if you're trying to make money from content: content isn't one job, it's six. One person doing all six ships once a week and quits by month four. And nothing on any platform – audience, sponsors, a product, a token community – compounds off one post a week. The thing standing between most people and revenue was never the idea. It was throughput and consistency, and that is exactly the part this removes. I'm not going to tell you what you'll earn. I'm handing you the desk, not a number. What you put through it is yours. Nothing publishes without my approval – that gate I kept on purpose. I wrote the whole build up in one article below ↓

Elon Musk, absolute leader of the AI race with Grok Bot, and it's not a joke anymore. Ultimate guide on god-mode setup of Grok Bot, the org chart that runs while you sleep, step by step: A Chief of Staff sits in the middle with no tools of its own, BUT it reads the outcome you gave it, picks who does what, and never does the work itself. That one rule is why it never turns into the bottleneck you hired it to remove. → Researcher pulls real sources and tracks what's actually moving, not what sounds true → Writer turns that into finished copy while the research is still in the room → Visualiser gets three reference visuals once, then ships everything in that style forever → Analyst reads what performed and tells the rest of the team what to stop doing → Scheduler owns timing and holds the queue → Publisher actually ships What makes it different from every AI tool you've used: each bot gets its own computer in the cloud, its own browser, its own files, and they all share one memory. So the research is already sitting inside the draft before the draft starts. Nothing gets copy-pasted between tabs, nothing waits on you to approve step four of nine. And you never write a workflow for it. You hit record, do the job once the way you actually do it, stop. It pulls out the steps, saves them as a skill, and puts it on a schedule. The shape you're aiming for on every bot: everything reversible finished, nothing sent. 36 drafts queued, 0 published. It does all the work and stops dead at the one line only you can cross. You stop prompting. You start assigning. Full charter blocks, the approval line and the routines are in the article below ↓

What does it actually mean to be AI native? There was no clear guide on the internet for how to become AI native so we built the definitive one (60 min masterclass): 1. An AI native org has 3 layers: people for strategy and taste, agents for execution, and a shared context layer that makes the entire company readable to agents. 2. AI eats the middle of your work. You used to spend 80% of your day on execution. Now agents do that. Your job is the bookends: deciding what to do and judging whether it's good enough. 3. Everyone is a manager now. Your output is the output of your agents. If your agents produce garbage, that's on you. You set them up wrong. 4. Using ChatGPT doesn't make you AI native. That's like having a website and calling yourself a tech company lol. 5. No AI native org without AI native people. Most companies skip straight to the tools. That's why it fails. If your people don't understand how to manage agents, the tech doesn't matter. 6. Making your company "readable" to agents is the real work. Every process, every decision, every piece of knowledge needs to exist in a format an agent can consume. Most companies are nowhere close. 7. Speed without signal is just expensive chaos. You need the system to move fast AND know if you're moving in the right direction. 8. The skill chain is how agents get good at your specific workflows. Skills build on skills. The more you invest in them, the more your company compounds. 9. The moat is the system. People managing agents, agents reading from rich context, the whole thing getting smarter every week. That compounds. Your competitor can copy your tools. They can't copy your system. Full episode with Theo Tabah from LCA on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃. This is the stuff we normally keep internal but all the sauce is yours. Theo Tabah is the brains behind advising the world's biggest companies on AI and building AI products. MY GROK BOT CONTENT SYSTEM JUST WENT VIRAL ON X – SO I THINK YOU NEED TO SEE WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN IT It wasn't the visual that got people. It was realizing this is already possible, today, for anyone. That's the part worth saying out loud. AI agents used to be a developer thing. You needed an API key, a server, a framework, and a weekend you weren't getting back. Grok Bot deleted all of that. You describe the job in plain language, and you have an agent that does it – with its own computer, its own browser, its own files, running whether you're at the desk or not. Which means the question stopped being can I build this and became what do I point it at. People are pointing it at everything: sales outreach, research, SEO, bookkeeping, customer replies, personal admin. This one is aimed at the thing most people say they'll start and never do – publishing consistently. It's seven agents. One in the centre, six in orbit. Here's what each one actually does. CHIEF OF STAFF – the centre. Every request lands here first, gets broken into jobs, and gets routed to whoever owns that kind of work. It chases what's late, keeps the others from duplicating each other, and surfaces exactly one thing to me when a real decision is needed. Everything else it just handles. RESEARCHER – goes out and finds what's actually moving in the niche. Reads the sources, checks the claim, drops the duplicates, and hands over a brief with links attached. Not "here's what I think" – here's what's true and where it came from. WRITER – takes that brief and writes the finished piece in my voice. Hooks, threads, captions, long-form. It's had my old posts as reference, so what comes back isn't a draft I rewrite – it's a draft I approve. VISUALISER – I fed it my reference visuals once. Now every cover, image and dashboard comes back in that exact style, without a single new instruction. This is the agent that kills the "I have the post but no visual" excuse. ANALYST – reads what actually performed. Not vanity numbers: which hook shape landed, which format died, which time slot was dead air. Then it tells the Writer and the Scheduler what to do differently. This is the loop almost every setup is missing, and it's why most of them plateau. SCHEDULER – owns timing. Holds the queue, spaces things properly, protects the calendar, and makes sure nothing ships into an empty feed at 3am. PUBLISHER – ships it. Formats per platform, posts, confirms it went out, logs it back to the Chief. The reason it holds together instead of falling apart: they share memory. The research is already sitting inside the draft before the draft starts. No copy-pasting between tools, no re-explaining context, no approving every step. And you can teach any of them a repetitive task by recording yourself doing it – start recording, do the thing, stop. I wrote the whole thing up below – every agent, what each one is told, how they hand off, and how to wire it together. Read it and you can start building this today, not "eventually" ↓

ELON MUSK REPOSTED MY GROK BOT CONTENT SETUP. AND I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY NOBODY IS DOING THIS WITH TRADING YET. A WALL STREET RESEARCH DESK COSTS MILLIONS A YEAR TO STAFF – YOU CAN NOW RUN THE SAME THING WITH 9 GROK BOT AGENTS. Nine people used to do this job. Nine Grok Bot agents now do it while you sleep. Here's the entire desk: → MACRO – watches rates, CPI, FOMC. Tells you what kind of day it is before you open a single chart. → SCANNER – sweeps 9,000 tickers for one thing: your setup. Not "interesting stocks". Yours. → CATALYST – reads every 8-K, earnings call and wire the second it drops. Flags the two that matter. → QUANT – backtests the idea before you fall in love with it. Kills it if the edge isn't there. → CRYPTO – on-chain flows, funding, basis. The stuff nobody has the energy to check at 2am. → RISK – the one that actually saves you. Sizes the position, sets the stop, refuses the 4th trade. → EXECUTION – places the order, tracks the fill, reports the slippage in basis points. → COMPLIANCE – logs every single decision. So you can audit yourself instead of lying to yourself. → CHIEF OF STAFF – sits on top of all eight. Ranks their output and hands you one page every morning. Here's the part nobody says out loud: Retail traders don't lose because they lack information. They lose because they can't process it fast enough – and can't stay disciplined when they do. Grok Bot solves the first problem completely. RISK and COMPLIANCE quietly solve the second one, because a bot never moves a stop loss. And you write zero code. You describe each agent in plain English, tell it where to look, give it one job. Start with two: SCANNER and RISK. That alone is more process than 95% of retail traders have ever run. Not financial advice – this is a research desk, not a money printer. The bots find and organise. You decide. Bookmark this & read more in the article below ↓

Seth Godin gave a masterclass on how to build an unforgettable brand in the age of AI: 1. Marketing is not about spend. It is about creating the conditions for other people to eagerly spread your idea. 2. Authenticity is overrated. What customers actually want is consistency. Show up the same way every single time and that is worth more than any Super Bowl ad. 3. Everything your company does is a marketing decision. How you answer the phone. What you charge. How you design things. Marketing is not a department. It is everything. 4. Trust is simple. Make a promise. Keep it. Especially when it is hard. 5. Successful brands are built with your customers talking about you. Not you talking about you. 6. A brand is not a logo. A brand is a promise. Nike has a brand. Hyatt has a logo. One of them you know exactly what to expect. The other you do not. 7. You are measuring the wrong things. Follower counts. Stock price. Open rates. False proxies will take your business in the wrong direction faster than anything else. 8. Social media followers mean nothing. Godin has 400,000 Instagram followers and says if he posts about a new book maybe 12 people buy it. The number is a distraction. 9. Stop trying to be famous. The goal is not to get more famous. The goal is to get less famous and more trusted. 10. Average marketing reaches average people. Average people will not buy your product. You need the people who will talk about you, challenge you, and eagerly pay more for better. 11. When you pick your customers you pick your future. Stop trying to reach everyone. Start trying to deeply serve someone specific. 12. Better beats louder every time. One guy running a wine email list with 130,000 subscribers does $30 million a year in revenue. No ads. No social media hustle. Just consistently better. 13. The real opportunity with AI is not making things cheaper. It is making things better. The businesses that use AI to deepen relationships will win. The ones using it to cut costs will race to the bottom. 14. Your job is not to do your job. Your job is to solve problems for other people and make things better by making better things. Everything else is just noise. 15. When AI becomes the buyer it will always choose the cheapest option. If your entire business strategy is being the cheapest, AI will destroy you. The only protection is being worth it in ways that cannot be easily measured. 16. The next level of marketing is permission at a depth nobody has achieved before. The brand that knows your tools, your projects, your needs, and shows up to help without being asked will be impossible to replace. 17. Most businesses will use AI to spam more people faster. The businesses that win will use AI to serve fewer people better. That gap is the biggest opportunity in marketing right now. 18. You have a squadron of summer interns available for twenty dollars a month. They are not that good but they are very eager. The businesses learning to be good bosses of AI right now will have an enormous advantage over everyone waiting to figure it out later. 19. The question every business should be asking is not how do I get more attention. It is how do I become the kind of business that people would genuinely miss if it disappeared tomorrow. That answer is your entire marketing strategy.
