Technology Secretary Liz Kendall says deepfake intimate images being created through the Grok AI tool on X are 'vile' and the law will punish people who create them, as well as platforms for hosting it. Ofcom has also announced it has begun investigating over X in relation to potential breaches of the Online Safety Act.
