“i’ve been told that you've tried spending less time on your phone recently, which i believe is a very hard thing to do. what made you do it? and did it actually work?” 🆑: yeah, i am achieving that. then there's a balance to find, because it's also true that as soon as you are... you kind of feel a little bit disconnected on what's going around because today everybody is with a phone, and so there's a balance to find. i did two or three months, i think, without ever touching my phone apart from whatsapp when i was receiving messages and calls, and that was maybe a little bit extreme. so now maybe i'm trying to find a balance between the two because it's good to be up to date with what's going on around the world and to stay in touch with friends and funny moments. there's also lots of funny moments on social media and it part also of social interaction with friends and family. so there's a balance to find, but it is also true that it's a place where sometimes it can be a little bit toxic when you are in a position where people can kind of judge and say anything very, very easily. and they have the right to do so, but as a human being, you can also be affected by looking at those things. so it's a balance to find. i don't know if i found the perfect one, but for now it works for me, which is the most important.

Wow… Abdul El-Sayed is going to have a tough time with Black voters in Detroit. Black voters in Detroit feel disenfranchised and neglected by the Democrat Party. “I don’t think any Democratic Party prioritizes the Black vote because it’s always a ploy to get the Black vote. They make all these promises, but once that vote is in and stuff like that, then it’s operation as normal.” Abdul El-Sayed struggled with Black voters in the primary election...it's only going to get worse. This is more evidence that people are waking up to the neglect of the Democrat Party.

"I know industry is getting a bit impatient, Albertans are getting a little bit impatient. And if we're going to to move forward with that MOU, I hope it happens in the the next number of days because I I think in Alberta there does need to be a demonstration that Canada can work. And I think that we've demonstrated a couple of things over the last number of months that we can work well together. We've changed course on a number of things and Alberta wants to continue to build major projects in partnership with Canada." Industry is getting impatient because of the unnecessary costs and red tape they face while there is nothing but lip service. The central part of the MOU is Alberta agreeing to all of Mark Carney's green agenda items as permission to do business and build projects. How is this going to change?
