If you expect me to be on time, I shouldn't have to wait 20-30 min's past my time-slot everything time I arrive. 9. Stop chatting it up with everybody while cutting my hair. That's when mistake's could possibly occur. #mypoorhairline 10. Please do not answer your phone unless it's a emergency. I shouldn't have to wait as you step away for 10 mins or go off on the phone while cutting my hair. 😩 Bonus: If you forgot what I asked for, it's okay to ask for clarify and not assume or freestyle.
