I think its time we spread awareness and try to fix this shit. This information is directly from me and not some random shit that people say cause they want to. This is 100% real shit. Monark The Producer was contacted and spoken to about his work with Juice WRLD due to the Autograph session leaking. Through the conversation with Monark The Producer it was learned the he was NEVER once paid or contacted about All Girls The Same. 7x PLATNIUM RECORD. He never saw a penny for it. Monark's reason for never going public was that he didn't want to cause issues. Juice and Monark stayed in contact in 2018 (You can see this in the Tick Tock snippet), I'm unaware if this continued into 2019. Regardless MTP should be compensated for his work on that song. What is the answer for this? I know some people genuinely need wheelchair assistance, and I understand that not every disability is visible. But let’s stop pretending nobody is taking advantage of it. On our last flight, there were at least a dozen wheelchairs lined up to board. I have been flying for years, and you used to see one or two. Now, some airport concourses look like wheelchair parking lots. Cruises and cruise lines are the same. Those chairs are for people who truly need help, not people who are too lazy to walk through the airport or stand in line. Abusing the service only makes it harder for the people who genuinely depend on it.

I have just been alerted of a situation involving mostly Nigerian passengers left stranded at Lome, Togo, by Air France. I am told that the flight from Paris bound for Abuja could not land due to the bad weather in Abuja this evening. The flight then diverted to Lome. However, the confounding situation now is that instead of bringing the passengers back to Abuja after the storm subsided, there are plans to leave them in Lome till tomorrow, even when that same flight will return to Abuja tonight to pick passengers. After directing my Director of Air Transport management to call the country Manager of Air France, I also personally called Air France NG a few minutes ago and insisted that those passengers must be brought back to Abuja tonight or be treated in line with best international standards if they must sleep in Lome.

Dear UEFA, UEFA Champions League I am just trying to understand the rules at this point… Same foul, different outcomes… are we missing a page in the rulebook or are we just wearing the wrong badge? Because it’s becoming a pattern at this point. When it’s against us, it’s waved off instantly; no second look, no VAR check, nothing. But in other games, similar incidents are reviewed and given without hesitation. So we have to ask what exactly is the standard here? And more importantly, does that standard apply equally to everyone? At this point, it’s only fair to wonder… is there something we’re not being told? Is there an agenda against Barça, or is there a reason these decisions consistently go the same way? We’re not even asking for favors, just transparency, consistency, and the same level of scrutiny every other team seems to get. Are we asking for too much???💔

If the weight, reps, or sets aren't increasing over time, you're not training. You're exercising. Training has direction. Exercise is just movement. "But I'm working really hard!" Working hard at the same load you used 6 months ago isn't training. It's maintenance. Your body adapts to stimulus. Once adapted, there's no reason to grow further. You must provide novel stimulus: - More weight - More reps at same weight - More sets (carefully) - Better form at same load Something must improve or you're spinning your wheels. "I can't always progress!" Then you're doing too much volume or training too frequently relative to your recovery capacity. You should be able to progress something every 2-3 weeks at minimum. If you're stuck: - Reduce volume to increase recovery - Focus on one lift to prioritise - Check if you're actually eating enough You can't build muscle without building strength over time. The two are correlated at the individual level. If your lifts aren't going up over months, neither is your muscle mass. Track everything. Compare to last month. Progress or adjust. Training without progression is just going to the gym.

On landing at Edwards AFB after its maiden flight, a landing gear malfunction caused a fire on touchdown. Damage to the aircraft was repaired shortly after, and the test program continued. Despite impressive performance, the XB-70 Valkyrie program was cancelled in 1969 due to factors such as high costs and the introduction of intercontinental ballistic missiles limiting its intended role. The jet involved in this mishap [62-001] was one of only two XB-70s built and is currently on display at Wright-Patterson AFB. The other jet [62-002] was lost in a fatal accident during a photo shoot in 1966.
