JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk : so can i ask this—after working together and going through both good and bad times, hardships, happiness, and success and embracing all of that as JoongDunk… how does being “JoongDunk” feel to you both now? 🌻if you ask me right now i’d say it feels really good. we understand each other more now. of course there were times when we didn’t understand each other we just talk things out—like what the other person this khun (🌞) doesn’t like and then i simply don’t do those things. for me i’m not someone who wants to have problems with anyone in the first place. so if i know he doesn’t like something i simply won’t do it. and honestly it goes both ways—we share what we don’t like and then adjust to meet each other halfway 🌞what JoongDunk is today huh? it has changed a lot. there have been many versions many eras. in the early days we were just two innocent kids who didn’t think much. but now we’ve grown up—we’ve been through a lot together. there was even a time - we’ve been at a point where we almost breaking up… there was a time when it felt like we couldn’t go on together - like it was going to end for sure — 100%. but in the end, we have to thank the seniors and the adults around us—we were lucky to have people guiding us : and today how much do you rely on each other—in work and in life? 🌻it’s to the point that we can’t even count the days we don’t see each other We see each other almost every day—especially lately. it’s basically every day now. it’s become a habit, but that’s exactly what can make us careless 🌞when we’re that close and see each other all the time sometimes we don’t realize that the things we do unintentionally might hurt the other person. so the closer we are the more we have to care there was a time when we had to sit down and make a deal about this. cause we got so used to working and being together we stopped greeting each other. like, we’d come to work, walk past each other - sit doing makeup spacing out… and then we realized “hey this isn’t okay” so we made a rule: from now on whenever we come to work, you have to hug me once or say hi or touch me—something to let me know “ i’m here” It’s just a small rule but it makes everything better 🌻and same when leaving—we have to say goodbye like “see you” 🌞you can leave first that’s fine but you have to tell me first “please tell me”

"Given how important AGI is and how transformative a technology is, maybe the most transformative one in human history, I thought it would be best to approach the sort of latter stages of building it, which we're in now, using the scientific method, very carefully, very precisely, very thoughtfully, and rigorously with all the best scientists, in my ideal world, collaborating on in CERN-like effort, on making sure each step we understood each step each as we got to the final goal of, of building AGI.... They don't have to talk to each other, even. They know exactly what they want to do. They want to go out there, kill and make money. But the people in the Peace Industry, which are us - we are so idealistic that each one of us criticises the other Peace Person in the Peace Industry. And we are always just arguing and we are wasting our energies doing that. So let's just forgive each other and see that we are in the Peace Industry and that's all that counts. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. The reason is that an AI, current AI is like an AI that diagnoses diseases or an AI that plays chess or an AI that controls a huge factory. Those things have objective functions, that is they have a function that they are designed to maximize and that is why they are used in those particular applications. Or in military terms, you could say the objective is to hit the target. You might say the objective is to hit the target unless some thing specified, but it's a specified thing comes up in which case don't hit the target and so on. This is, as I said, almost the opposite of what humans do when humans think. For a start, the AI has to be obedient, that is it has to actually do the things it is programmed to do, whereas a human is fundamentally disobedient, especially when being creative. When a human plays chess, they are performing a completely different kind of computation. They don't do the same things, they don't investigate the same possibilities that the artificial chess playing machine does, because the artificial one is capable of looking at billions and billions of possibilities, whereas the human can only look at hundreds or something. They are doing something completely different. Another difference is that the human can explain, can write a book later, having become world champion, can write a book saying how I did it, as the computer program that beats the world champion can write no such book, because it has no idea how it did it. It was just following a program. I was doing this and that and that and none of that is illuminating. Also, third thing, the chess player can decide I don't want to play chess anymore, from now on I will play Go or from now on I will play tennis. If commanded to play chess, the functionality will deteriorate completely. Those things are different. What we want in an AGI is that it behaves in a way that cannot be specified in advance, because if you specified it, you would already have the answer. The AGI program has to give unexpected answers, answers to questions we didn't even know how to ask."

🌎 it seemed like we are close, but we are not that close in the beginning. 🪐 in the beginning, yes. 🌎 We used to fight. 6 months that we didn’t talk to each other, apart from work. But when we spent life together, and understand each other for a while. I feel like there was no reason for us not to talk. Both about work and personal stuff. We truly love each other but we didn’t say that to one another. Something like that krab. 🪐 I have known P’Earth since I was about 15-16 years old. Now I am 28 years old. So we have known each other for about 12 years and work together for 7 years. When we were together, we clearly have our own lifestyle that is different from each other. Our point of view is in the different direction. So when we were together, definitely it’s going to have some problem in the beginning. Just like what P’Earth said, at that time we decided to just work together, and don’t involve in the other’s personal lives. Because at the end it can overlap. But in the end we talked about it and clear the air. After that fight, P’Earth and I haven’t fight at all. For the past few years. At the end, we know what we want we know what we working for. We know what we spend our lives together as P’-Nong for. mc: during wlgyt, a poster with chungseob's back reveal and i ask staff who was that but they didn't answer me. they didn't tell us until the end even we ask who is the actor behind it but no answer, it is bcs it's was a spoiler that needs a tight security? seonho: the director talk to me during our last team dinner that they made something like an album or something "i didn't include chungseob because i was afraid it would be a spoiler," he said. mc: your first appearance was during the closet scene right? and i was like oh? i know that actor is let me find it later but still i didn't recognize you. seonho: back then, it took almost 4 hours each time just to get the makeup and styling done. they had to attach each strand of hair one by one. so we put an incredible amount of time and effort into it and in a way, i was actually happy that people didn't recognize me. mc: and during the time that you asked permission for marriage you made a cute scene like- jungie: abonim~ mc: i heard that there's a lot of adlibs. seonho: it was bcs the director instructed me where to where to walk as other actors need to be seen on camera angles, so ofc the actors need to be on angle and while having their scene i came in while thinking 'i need to be close to my father in law while smiling' and then i started to walk towards them so i did the slapstick to fill in the gaps.. just like we do during rehearsal and the good thing about this is we filmed when IU said the "omonim~" first and i remember it to clearly and do it the same.

mc: during wlgyt, a poster with chungseob's back reveal and i ask staff who was that but they didn't answer me. they didn't tell us until the end even we ask who is the actor behind it but no answer, it is bcs it's was a spoiler that needs a tight security? seonho: the director talk to me during our last team dinner that they made something like an album or something "i didn't include chungseob because i was afraid it would be a spoiler," he said. mc: your first appearance was during the closet scene right? and i was like oh? i know that actor is let me find it later but still i didn't recognize you. seonho: back then, it took almost 4 hours each time just to get the makeup and styling done. they had to attach each strand of hair one by one. so we put an incredible amount of time and effort into it and in a way, i was actually happy that people didn't recognize me. mc: and during the time that you asked permission for marriage you made a cute scene like- jungie: abonim~ mc: i heard that there's a lot of adlibs. seonho: it was bcs the director instructed me where to where to walk as other actors need to be seen on camera angles, so ofc the actors need to be on angle and while having their scene i came in while thinking 'i need to be close to my father in law while smiling' and then i started to walk towards them so i did the slapstick to fill in the gaps.. just like we do during rehearsal and the good thing about this is we filmed when IU said the "omonim~" first and i remember it to clearly and do it the same.

Like is there anywhere we need to adjust and tweak or things we’re comfortable or not comfortable with, we’re always sharing/communicating and it makes working feel at ease. 🎤: as two women are together, is there any bickering/cute arguing (like sulky, whiny or acting like a child kinda thing)? 🦋: being a woman, people might think that… There might be some, just the little things. But like I said, we always communicate with each other and share (thoughts) like ‘I don’t feel comfortable with this here’ nong would tell me, and I’d tell nong – open up and talk to each other. 🎤: like you can share with one another (thoughts and communicate)? 🦋: yes, it’s like two people who are really comfortable with being together, to the point that we’re not afraid of what the other person might think if we were to say something, and because we know we’ve got to work together hand in hand. #KatanyutonightxDewTee #dewtee #ดิวธี this is so wholesome and beautiful of what dewtee learn and got from each other, they literally make the whole poetic essay 🥹💘🌟 💭 : you two have been friends for a long time and you’ve also worked together. what have you learned from being partners and working together? lets say, what’s something important you’ve learned from each other something dew has gotten from tee, and tee has gotten from dew? 🦊 : oh, if we’re talking about the most important thing, i think that at this point in life, there are actually very few people who can really understand you. like really understand you in every way to the point where you can just look at each other and immediately know. there really aren’t that many people like that (but tee did 💌) 🦊 : when i was in high school, i used to think, “well, most of my friends probably understand me” but once i got to university, i started realizing that there actually aren’t that many people whose chemistry really matches yours, because everyone comes from different places (but tee did too 💌) 🦊 : think about it. lets say i spent 12 years at one school, let’s say it was an all-boys school while someone else spent 12 years at a co-ed school. we would’ve spent 12 years in completely different social environments. i think even meeting each other and having a conversation could be difficult, because throughout those 12 years, the way i thought every day might’ve been completely different. to put it simply, if you’re at an all-boys school, maybe you’re thinking, “how do i get my friends to think im cool?” whereas if you’re at a co-ed school, maybe it’s more like, “how do i get everyone to like me?” the way you think might be different. thats just an example, though… just hypothetically. so i realized it was already difficult when i got to university. but once i started working, it became even harder. 💭 : because you meet an even wider variety of people 🦊 : yes because there are differences in age, where people come from and the different experiences and stories they’ve had. it makes it difficult. so what i’ve realized is, wow, im really lucky got to met a friend (tee) who understands me this well and that we even get to work together. seriously im really lucky then tee start feeling pressure 😭🤏🏻 🐰 : actually, there are a lot of things. like, from a work perspective… i mean, when it comes to work, he’s kind of my senior because he entered the industry before me, started acting before me, did all of that before me. 🐰 : so he always giving me advice. even back when we weren’t working at the same place or doing the same things, whenever he experienced or came across something, he’d come back and share it with me. 🐰 : so i got to learn about those things too. and from listening to him, i’ve gotten to see and understand a lot of different perspectives. then, once we actually got the chance to work together, it made us understand each other much, much better and we also got to understand each other’s perspectives.

I'm a plumber" "And two weeks ago, during all this, I also qualified as a plasterer" "Because even in chaos, even under pressure, I get things done" "I am no different to every single person here in this constituency. I work hard. That is what we do" "Except things have changed a lot over the last few decades. Because working hard used to get you something" "It got you a house, a nice life, holidays. It got you somewhere" "But now? Working hard? What does that get you?" "Because talk to anyone here and they will tell you, the people who work hard but can't put food on the table, can't get their kids school uniforms, can't put their heating on, can't live off the pension they worked hard to save for, can't even begin to dream about ever having a holiday, ever "Because life has changed" "Instead of working for a nice life, we're working to line the pockets of billionaires" "We are being bled dry" "And I don't think it's extreme or radical to think working hard should get you a nice life" "And I don't think that if you're not able to work that you should still have a nice life" "I think that absolutely everybody should get a nice life" "And clearly, I'm not the only person who thinks that" "Because I've made clear my position and my commitment to working class communities, the community that I am from" "People in their thousands told me on the doorsteps and at the ballot box, that what we are sick of is being let down and looked down on, that we are sick of our hard work making other people rich" "I lived in this constituency at one of the most difficult and challenging periods of my life" "I saw how strong the community was at holding things together" "But I saw how much harder life is when the things around you are broken, the litter, the fly-tipping, the dirty air" "And when I moved, it became even clearer. And this is why I am fighting for the community that I lived in and that I still work in" "Because I absolutely refuse to accept that we should ever have to move and leave our our communities for good schools, a thriving high street, and clean air. And I will not accept a society where having more money gets you a longer life expectancy" "And so when it came to fighting for people here, to stand in this election, well, how could I not fight? Because here, this is what we do" "We fight for each other in this very diverse constituency, where our struggles might not always be the same, but where we know how hard life can be and we stick together" "Whatever our beliefs, our backgrounds, our color, or our level of education, we stick up for each other" "And to those who voted for me, I know that earning your trust starts now" "One vote on one night is not something I will take for granted or assume will happen again" "I will earn your trust" "And to those who didn't vote for me, I will always work hard for you, and I will always be honest, and I will always be decent" "To our Muslim communities, who this week suffered an attempted attack during Ramadan, whilst I was being welcomed by women at a mosque in Longsight, someone just down the road walked into a mosque carrying an axe" "And whilst we were gathered and eating together, an act of terror could easily have taken place" "And I can't and won't accept this victory tonight without calling out the politicians and divisive figures who constantly scapegoat and blame our communities for all the problems in society" "My Muslim friends and neighbors are just like me, human" "And of course, to our White working class communities, the background that I have become so proud to be from" "We know how it feels to be looked down on, maybe because we didn't do well at school, maybe because we do dirty manual jobs, because we are shut out of places we should be in" "To people here in Gorton and Denton, who feel left behind and isolated, I see you and I will fight for you" "Because whilst our communities may sometimes be labeled in different ways, the thing everyone seems to have underestimated here, especially over the last few weeks, is how similar we all actually are. How we have common ground, how we get along, how we stand up for each other" "The cracks that were starting to show can be healed, and I believe that it is through offering people hope and a chance to do things differently and do things better" "Now to my customers, I'm sorry, but I think I might have to cancel the work that you have booked in, because I'm heading to Parliament" "And when I get there, I will make space for everyone doing jobs like mine. We will finally get a seat at the table" "And to Layla, the little girl who had the pleasure of meeting and holding this week, I promised you I would try and improve the world that you are growing up in.
