I honestly don’t feel any hype for this game at all. The most talked about thing was the Cid run. They completely killed FFVII.

These studios have such a massive problem with writing and directing that it ain't even funny. As a solution, instead of improving that, they're giving us a 2x speed button so we can just get it the fuck over with faster. 😭

It looks like the game will be full of filler bloat sidequests. Why are they doing this, why cant they come up with good pacing and side content. That should be NORMAL!

tbh the writing was on the wall for this when at the end of ff7r they let you skip the painful motorcycle section. Like from the start they know their game sucks I dont understand how they realize that and yet make it worse.
