You can all learn from this. Just because you can pay initial deposit or monthly payments, doesn’t mean it’s in your budget. I see ppl buy a Mercedes GLC, but service it at local mechanic because “Mercedes service is too expensive”, it’s not. You just can’t afford a Mercedes‼️

I don’t get the mercedes logic. Why would anyone pay for an expensive service at a Mercedes garage when a local garage can do the same job for less? Doesn’t make sense but I hear your initial point tho.

Peace of mind is priceless. ME PERSONALLY, I wouldn’t give a car for my family to drive that hasn’t gone through thorough dealership inspection. So if I can’t afford Mercedes servicing, I can’t afford a Mercedes. Make sense?

You are mistaken. Mercedes dealerships overcharge for things equally competent mechanics can do.

If you can "just about afford" something but can't afford the maintenance, then you cannot afford that item. And really shouldn't be buying it

Do what you want with your earned money but, at least make sure it’s coming from as much of a pure place as possible, that’s my stance. Buying certain items and brands in the hopes it impresses others is a risky race to the bottom.
