You can give Claude Code the ability to parse any website in the world with Apify actors. It's the closest thing to a superpower that I've seen. And they just added support for MCP connectors, which opens a whole new set of possibilities. Here is one example:

English is the most powerful language in the world. MongoDB just added support for MCP, and literally anyone can now query data without knowing anything about databases. If you know English, you are all set. I recorded a quick video to show you how I connect to a sample Airbnb database and run different queries: • How many listings? • How many listings in the US? • What's the list of countries in these listings? It takes 10 seconds to configure Claude, Cursor, WindSurf, or any other AI assistant to connect to MongoDB's MCP Server. By the way, the server supports much more than queries: • You can explore your collections • You can fetch schema information • You can generate app code snippets • You can manage your databases • You can handle cluster/user/admin tasks Here is a link to the MCP server GitHub repository: This is huge for developers. This is one of the coolest open-source AI agent projects I've seen in a while: 'Understand Anything' It's a plugin for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode etc. that analyzes your codebase and turns it into a knowledge base that you can interact with. It explains the codebase to you, rather than showing you the structure. It seems like it's designed for code but I opened my Obsidian vault of podcast highlights in Claude Code, then ran /understand. The result is a knowledge graph that I can search of highlights from 888 podcast episodes and 144K lines of markdown text.

Cursor vs Claude Code (day 3 of 30) today I re-tested Conductor and I don't want to overhype this but... what the actual fook 😮 this thing is amazing! closest things to the "perfect workflow" I have seen in a long time, and it's something I could see myself use full-time it's so minimal and the polar opposite of Cursor but it has all the essentials → Claude Code + Codex subscriptions (= unlimited usage) → great integration with Claude Code's plan mode → multiple tabs with multiple agents at the same time → can use multiple models, not just one → great file tree and diff viewer → best git worktree support I've ever seen there's honestly so much more, like a dedicated "review" button (which you can pair to your favorite review model, e.g. gpt-5.2-extra-high), buttons to create and merge pull requests, to launch your dev server, ... this solves literally EVERY fault I can think of when using Claude Code and/or Codex, combining both into one easy UX that not only does everything the tools can do, but actually adds useful stuff on top just 6 months ago I couldn't have dreamt about any this and the wildest part is that IT IS FREE (I'd literally pay for this UX lol) first time I'm genuinely enjoying myself since starting this challenge not saying it's a full Cursor replacement yet, it obviously isn't for a lot of people (no browser, no debug mode, no code indexing, etc) ... but this is the closest thing I've seen yet 👀 follow for day 4!

MCP now supports authentication using OAuth2. This is huge! I want to share a complete example (code) so you can learn how to use it. Here is the thing: You don't want to build agentic applications that access resources without proper guardrails. With authentication, you can: • Call third-party APIs on the user's behalf • Perform actions that should be traceable • Enforce different permissions for different roles Here is an MCP-based web shop demo, built with WorkOS AuthKit and Next.js. With this example, you can do the following: • Connect to an MCP server • Authenticate using AuthKit • Order a T-shirt using MCP tools • View order details if you are an admin This GitHub repository contains everything you need: The WorkOS team has one of the best authentication platforms in the world.
