Not sure about the details of this but here's what I do know. Senator Cynthia Lummis and Rep. Warren Davidson have been trying to give Bitcoin a favored status in Congress for years. They are both Bitcoin ideologues trying to pass laws that would advantage Bitcoin over other digital assets. It's time for a level playing field in crypto.
