Seats The Voice Of The State And The Law From The Same Voting Pool, Which Is Only The Most Populous Counties, And Cities In Those Counties. That Means, ONLY That Voting Pool Has Any Representation In Our State And Federal Government. And That Form Of Government Is A Unconstitutional Democracy Form Of Government, As Per Article Four Section Four Of The United States Constitution. Which Says The United States Shall Guarantee A Republican Form Of Government To The States, And NOT A MOB Seated Democracy!
