It was a normal day for this Uber driver. He’s been picking up and dropping off people all day. Everything was going fine for him until he picks up this woman. Off the bat he says she seemed a little weird and spaced out. He was talking to a friend on a hands free headset when she stated that she felt unsafe with him in the car. So he pulls over and she calls customer service. She lies to customer service about not being able to go elsewhere because there is no business’s she can wait at for another Uber. She insists that customer service calls the police as well. She’s also refusing to leave his car because of a package in his trunk and claims she is afraid he might drive off with it. In a situation like this what do you do when she’s refusing to leave the car, do you just call the police yourself so they can remove her for you?

You buy a gift card at your local store but when you go to use it the amount doesn’t match what you paid for. You try to return it but the store clerk says they have a very strict no return policy on gift card and she cannot help you even though you have the receipt to process it doesn’t match. The clerk says there is a number to call for such incidents and can’t help any further. I can see how this would be very frustrating. Should stores allow for refunds in certain situation like this? When she says “arrow” she’s really saying error.

The opened the package and got the card out, the last few digits on the back of the card are missing and she couldn’t use it. She goes back to the store and speaks to customer service about a refund. This is the kind of experience that sticks with you… She drove all the way from Philadelphia to New York; just to find the perfect outfits for Coachella. Already feeling a little insecure about her body, but still showing up, still trying. She walks into the store… and immediately feels it. Other girls getting attention. Help. Energy. Her? Ignored. Completely overlooked. So she takes it into her own hands; finds some pieces she likes, holds them up, tries to picture the outfit… That’s when the salesperson walks over. Not to help. Not to assist. The police are trying to go to someone’s door when a neighbor comes out and starts telling the police what to do, acting like she owns the building or is management. She keeps shouting at the officers. They ask her to please go inside because she’s interrupting their work. Where do you draw the line? When does it become harassment? They asked her to go inside, she refused and kept at it, and she ended up getting arrested. In my opinion, the police did the right thing. Where do you think the line is?

It’s getting g dark and temperatures are already beginning to drop, this young lady decides to take the garbage out, on the way out she locks the door out of habit. She walks back only to see the door is locked, she has no keys or phone on her. She rings the doorbell in hopes her family hasn’t fallen asleep yet. When nobody answers after she repeatedly rings the doorbell, she’s starting to get cold and starts to panic. She can’t help it and starts to cry. This mother said all she got for Mother’s Day was Happy Mother’s Day texts from her 18 and 20 year old kids. So she said she is going to match their energy and when it comes time she is just going to text them Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday this year and that’s it. She said she’s not complaining and loves them to death but she is ready to meet them where they are at now in their life. She said she is sick of going above and beyond for them and basically getting nothing in return. So no more whatever they want gifts, no more money, etc. Sounds a little bit to me like complaining. 🤷‍♂️ What do you think? Do you think she’s right in handling it this way? This woman went to ULTA to purchase a new fragrance that had recently launched. The store was out of stock so they offered to have it shipped from another location. They charged her card for $170 but as soon as the transaction ended, the cashier told her that the company was completely sold out and that her card would be credited in 3-5 business days. In addition, she was not provided a receipt showing she made an online purchase and refund. She asked for assistance, wanting proof that she would get her refund and most of her interactions with store personnel were fine but one of the people helping was rude, smacking her gum, and giggling, making light of the situation. 😡 I don't know about y'all, but I would not have handled this situation as well as this woman did. I would have been on the phone with customer service while standing at the register. I probably would have ended up in one of those Karen videos. 😒 The store maintained there was no transaction so they didn't owe her a receipt. If you took my $170 and won't give it back for 3-5 days, then there most definitely WAS a transaction!

This woman was awoken to a loud crash, she ran down stairs and saw that the dryer fell off of the washer. She’s here alone and tried to pick it back up but it’s just too heavy. The only thing she could think of is to call 9-1-1. The police and fire department came out and was able to help her put it back. She’s being heavily criticized for calling an emergency line for what they consider a non emergency. But if you are a woman living alone with nobody to help you when something like this happens, was it appropriate for her to call 9-1-1?

Instead, a dispute over being just one cent short snowballed into a confrontation that ended with officers being called. After returning with the missing penny, she was told the cash-back request still couldn't be completed under store policy.
