You guys make the call

Officiated for 15 years Class A and college. 1. Missed OPI, push off, full extension causing displacement. 2. Short of goal line, it's where ball is, not feet. 3. Down in bounds, clock continues to run. Official got #2 and #3 correct and missed #1.

Make the call on what? The ball never crossed the goal line so he is down. Is ths somehow controversial?

Clock kept running until time was out sorry didn't show that.

@KevinPlatz (Rule 2‑4‑1 — Definition of a Touchdown)“ two feet in endzone. Possesion of ball TD. Ball doesn't need to cross plane

@NENextt I have never heard of that, what state are you in?

@NENextt Its the same if your standing on the side of the endzone and catch the ball out of bounds and get one foot in. He firmly established control with feet in endzone. Doesnt matter. Not worth arguing about it. Refs made the call. We have to live by it.

@NENextt I agree it's not worth arguing over. But in that case, the ball would have crossed the goal line. At this point I am just interested in the rule. Thank you

@NENextt We play Nebraska High School rules. Everything I looked up says the ball doesn't need to cross plane if he comes down in the endzone and firmly established control. Which he did. Stinks a game ends like that. We had other chances we needed to capitalize.

@NENextt Thank you for the clarification. I hope you get them next time!!!

Ball didn’t cross the goal line. Player was down in bounds. Right call. Real easy to figure out in a replay, slow motion, screen grab. Not sure there’s much of an argument

Blatant OPI and he was short.

OPI, ball short of goal line

Ball wasn't across the line. Correct there.. OPI was obvious and not called

If you call it a TD.... game over. If you call it short. He is out of bounds with 4 seconds left on clock. If you think its OPI then move the ball back play third down over. What it is NOT is in bounds and let the clock run out. Horrible officiating!

Clear opi Clearly short Clearly in bounds

Not a TD

1-missed OPI 2-ball caught in bounds 3-ball never crossed the plane Would like to know how many seconds were left on the clock to know if running another play was possible without stopping to argue/debate with the ref

Correct call other than missing the blatant OPI

It sure ain’t a TD, but how anybody get mad he said inbounds?

1st it’s an OPI, but on the catch itself, the ball never crossed the goalie and then he landed in bounds. They should’ve hurried up to line up vs arguing the call. The refs got this one right

Opi and not a td

Offensive PI, and the ball as a yard outside the end zone.

23 needs to know where the ball is and the line the ball needs to be behind.

Caught and down in bounds. Clock stays running. No one mentions the missed OPI. What did the refs do wrong?

OPI. Receiver huge push off

If it’s NCAA rules, his shoulder and knees touch in bounds. Nothing controversial here.

I think I saw a push off 😂🤣

Opi

OPI, not called, but short of goal line and down in bounds.

Clearly down inbounds and the ball never crossed the goal line. Other than the missed OPI ref got it right

OPI and short

Well other than missing the blatant OPI he spotted it correctly. Should have been killing the clock immediately though.

Missed offensive pass interference aside, the receiver caught the ball and landed inbounds short of the goalline.

-Ball didn't cross the goal line, no TD. -He fell down in bounds, if they don't have a TO the clock keeps running. Pretty simple call.

OPi, ball caught at the one.

Coach’s fault for having a kid who doesn’t know the rules and then also has the balls to argue while the clock is running.

Is the player down as soon as they hit the ground even if they are not contacted? Cause looks like his elbow hits in bounds and this is the correct call.

Most obvious OPI ever. Plus, the ball never crossed the end zone anyway.

offensive pass interference

Def not a TD but def offensive PI

OPI Then short of the end zone.
