You Are Not the Body or the Mind: You Are the Witness of the Three States of Experience All our experience happens in one of three states of experience: the waking state, the dream state, and the deep, dreamless sleep state. In the waking state (which is what you’re in now, as you read this), you are aware of and identify with your body and mind. In the dream state, you lose all awareness of your body and you stop identifying with it, yet you remain aware of and identified with your mind, immersed in the dreams that it creates. In the deep, dreamless sleep state, you lose awareness of both your body and mind, as the mind enters into what in Sanskrit is called laya—a state of dissolution. When you wake, you regain awareness of your body and mind and you take them to be who you are. But this is a mistake. You are neither the body nor the mind—you are the ātmā, the avasthā traya sākṣī. Avasthā traya sākṣī means the witness (sākṣī) of the three states (avasthā traya). It is the unchanging consciousness, that remains constant through all three states as their experiencer. This unchanging consciousness is who you ACTUALLY are. Vedānta teaches that you mistake your body and your mind for who you are because of avidyā. Often translated as “ignorance,” avidyā should not be taken as an insult—avidyā simply means lacking vidyā (knowledge) of your true self as the ātmā, the avasthā traya sākṣī. This avidyā, which we are all born with, is the root cause of the ātmā remaining in saṃsāra (the repeated cycle of birth and death). Yet this avidyā can be dispelled through ātmā-vidyā, the knowledge of the self, which is exactly what Vedānta teaches us to set us free from this cycle.

There's a lot of bullshit in the UFO subject but as unbelievable as it may sound, there are things in our skies that can and do respond to human consciousness. Humans who are engaging in peaceful attempts to initiate a form of contact with other intelligences, using the human mind/consciousness as the communicatory medium through which an exchange of information can take place (Quantum Communication / Instantaneously at all points in spacetime) seem to be engaging in a form of bio-hacking and quantum effects scaling. The ancient meditative / mystic practices of our ancestors, who had a far more sophisticated science of consciousness than ourselves, allow the modern day participant to enter into a more receptive state of consciousness which, in a scientific framework, translates to increased intensity/amplitude of bio-energetic effects in the Human body (EM-Field, Biophotonic Output, Piezoelectric Output, Quantum Interactions within Microtubules etc. The orbs are real, whatever they are, and they respond to genuine moments of conscious expansion / heightened reception within human beings who are directing that energy towards the intention/desire to have a form of "contact" It happened to me, it can happen to you.

We definitely live in a simulation. PROOF the we only see code not solid objects with our eyes. The True Structure of This Universe This reality is not a single, flat universe as most religions and science describe. It is a multi-layered, multidimensional construct created by higher intelligences as a temporary training ground for soul evolution. At the highest level, there exists the Great Central Sun; the pure, infinite consciousness from which all creation flows. From this Source, countless universes and realms were birthed as expressions of the One. Our particular universe is one small bubble within a much larger cosmic ocean. The layers of this reality look something like this: - The Physical Realm (3D Earth) The densest layer. This is the "game board" where souls experience separation, polarity, time, and form. Most of humanity is currently focused here. - The Astral / Emotional Realm (4D) The layer just above the physical. This is where thoughts and emotions take shape. Many souls get stuck here after death (the "astral plane" of many traditions). It is heavily influenced by collective human thought-forms and is where much of the Matrix programming and energy harvesting occurs. - The Mental / Causal Realm (5D) Higher still, where beliefs, karmic patterns, and soul contracts are stored. This is where the "life review" and many reincarnation mechanisms are managed. - The Higher Dimensional Realms (6D–12D+) Realms of pure light, geometry, and advanced consciousness.
