Prob a silly question Dean but when performing any upper body movement do you need to use a tight grip on the weights like Dumbells Cables etc or a looser grip and work the muscle always hear conflicting stories in relation to this.

Grip it so that it does not slip The limiting factor should never be your grip unless you’re training for that specifically
