Hmmmmm.... all watermelons come from female blossoms. They have the ovary and they are pollinated from male plants. Once pollinated and fertilized they grow into melons. Seedless are hybridized varieties. Male on top and female on bottom (your future watermelon)

Seedless literally means without seeds. This is why GMO watermelons say Seedless because they’re lab grown to exclude the seeds. That’s what makes it genetically modified organisms. No fruit on the planet is naturally seedless. Even a female is seeded, even if it’s less seeds.

Growing up I never saw a seedless watermelon besides there were always fruit trees in other people back yards and in the streets they killed that off and introduced seedless … no or less nutritional value. Smh America …seeded watermelon man’s best friend… and humans

Male watermelon flowers don't produce fruit only pollen for the female plant which has a little fruit attached to the flower. Seedless watermelons are mostly sterile seeds (white/translucent) hence the name with only a few black fertile seeds compared to seeded watermelons
