This dude almost lost his life out there without the safety gear and tank holding him together, that octopus would’ve dragged him under for good. The first time I saw one casually unscrew and open a sealed container while locked inside, my mind was blown. Then you learn they can instantly change colour and texture to vanish, use tools like coconut shells as armour, solve complex puzzles, remember faces for years, and even edit their own RNA to adapt on the fly. That’s when it hit me that an octopus isn’t just strong, it’s the most intelligent creature we’re yet to fully understand. We’re out here playing with aliens and acting shocked when they fight back.

Also, don't hunt what is most likely a nearly sentient species? We don't eat dogs, cats, horses and most parrots for a reason.
