The NPP is taking out these fertilizers that belong to the Good People of the Republic of Ghana, and will later on blame the NDC, if not for the vigilance of the NDC.

That's what I have been saying. Clearly, @nppghanahq is behind this vigilantism and thugs attacking institutions. They want to clear all material evidence and goods so they can make NDC bad in the eyes of Ghanaians but it won't work.
