This is the worst advice I’ve ever heard.

Good take but it doesn’t apply to everyone. I do push, pull, leg days and run 2 miles after my workout every time. And I have a full time job and a 1 year old baby at home. I would rather be strong and able to run than just be strong. Most people that only lift can’t run a mile.

Lift in the early morning, cardio at night.

I’m old school! Balls to the wall training is how I grew up doing it back in the 80’s 90’s and 2000’s. Life is too short to be small! Get HUGE!

You are soooo wrong. To build real muscle you have to push yourself to muscle failure. Rest & push to failure again. That’s what we did when we were training for literally going to war. What a video on SEALS going through BUDs. Guess this generation is raising a bunch of pussies
