I'm still not sold on the hair loss issue. So many people including myself notice shedding and thinning after prolonged use. Surely there has to be something there? Never had any degree of hair loss in my life until I started creatine. Amazing in every other way though.

I've cycled on and off of creatine. My bench press explosiveness is for sure impracted positively. Cheap and highly functionable, its a home run supplement.
