They've been doing this for over 100 years now. If you really want to worry about drinking water, worry about the pipes it flows through, not the reclamation plant.

All water on earth by now has become a rain cloud, rained, been consumed by animals, and peed back out. We all drinking clean pee at the end of the day just hope they cleaned it well and he was doing his job at the plant.
