Idk man, you had 3 options, kill his teammates who are down already, reload both guns so when he gets his teammate up, you have 2 guns to use, properly position to kill him while he's rezzing, but instead you chose option 4: Stare at him and slightly strafe over and over.

I can see several instances where finishing your kill would have been a non issue
