You Underestimate Builders Only Before Watching this Technique.

Painted for many years. Had done 26 exteriors myself exteriors before graduating high school. I can paint with a brush as good as anyone (better than most). For interior finishing, masking wins. I wouldn't settle for hand painted lines on an interior. Its amateur.

It's not hard to cut in. You're too slow

Now do it with your avg homeowners 15 year old crusty brush. This isn’t nearly as impressive when you realize it’s literally all in the tool selection.
