If you’re out of work, I’ve made my fitness app, the Pump Club, free at Hopefully when you get back on your feet, you’ll become a paying member, but first, let’s focus on getting you back on your feet.

When throwing on the run, it’s easy to get pulled away from your target and fall all over the place. Keep your tilt, a loose arm and tight core. Start palms down elbows up, chest and hips to target as you’re throwing, and work on stay down as you release opposed to popping up.
