It happened while I was travelling with my advocate friend. Suddenly someone called and asked about filing a false case. He said his senior, from the OBC community, is not granting him more holidays and he wants to send him to jail in a false SC-ST act. He kept insisting that how a grievous case be framed against his senior. This is very alarming how people are using this act to take revenge on seniors in the workplace.
