[Preview] South Korea’s Prime Minister Kim Min-seok & #Faker #Faker: Hello. I’m a progamer, and I currently play League of Legends for T1, “Faker” Lee Sang-hyeok. Prime Minister: 👏👏 There’s a question I always ask, no matter who I meet. What was your original dream? #Faker: At first, I vaguely thought becoming a pro gamer would be fun. But after actually becoming one, I think I became more sincere about it. Through my career, I realized that my dream was to positively influence many people as a pro gamer. Prime Minister: When you first chose the path of becoming a pro gamer, what was your biggest concern? #Faker: When I first turned pro, my main concern was whether I’d be able to make a living. Prime Minister: You earn well now, right? #Faker: Now… yes, very much so… Prime Minister: Too much? ㅎㅎ Excessively? #Faker: Thankfully ㅎㅎ yes. I’m doing well Prime Minister: So that really was your concern back then. #Faker: At the time, pro gamers had short careers and no guaranteed future. These days, many players earn record-breaking salaries, but back then, it was hard to even dream of that. Prime Minister: So your biggest worry was whether this profession could support your life. #Faker: Yes, that’s right. But personally, even if I hadn’t made much money, I thought this career would still be a valuable experience for me. So I decided to focus on gaining that experience. Prime Minister: Now I’m suddenly curious -are there many esports pro gamers like Faker… (Full version coming soon)

Grok Bot might be the first tool that lets one non-technical person run an entire business with a team of AI agents. My friend Billy runs his whole newsletter business on Grok Bot agents, and I think we're about to see 100,000+ businesses like his. BEST PRACTICES: 1. The agents run on a shared cloud computer, so running your newsletter, your X, and your receipts all in one place creates context bloat and burns tokens fast. One mission per setup. 2. Start with a Chief of Staff. Give it access to your existing docs (Notion, Slack, Gmail), have it audit the business, then tell you the top three agents to build first to drive revenue. 3. Perfect a task with the Chief of Staff before spinning up a new agent. Have it do the outbound sales once, review it, and only then say "now build a bot that does exactly that." You earn each new hire by proving the task works first. 4. Constraints are the feature. You get a limited number of agents, one thread per bot, like DMs with a teammate. It forces you to stay mission-oriented instead of spinning up a bot for every random idea. 5. You make the decisions, not the agent. Billy's team spent three weeks unable to pick where content should live. At some point you say "we're doing Notion, no more tinkering" and move on. 6. Run week one with no new agents. Build the team, learn to fly the plane, just execute. Week three is when you find the real gaps and expand, someone to man the inbox, someone for the Shopify shop. 7. Then add routines so it works while you sleep. Ask your Chief of Staff what recurring jobs would move the business forward overnight, and it builds the automations that run without you. Thanks to Billy Howell for sharing the sauce on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 (follow for more). Grokbot is really cool. Watch below:

25 ideas to win more in service businesses: 1. if you don't have talent just get up earlier 2. 93% of customers read reviews, obsess on them 3. how you pay people is a superpower 4. repeat yourself 10x more than you want 5. failure is the only way you can win 6. your team cares more about respect than pay 7. tell your team it'll be hard, expectations decrease pain 8. show don't tell your work, picture proof 9. sell your current customers more things, it's easier than finding new ones 10. outsource the things you hate doing first 11. you don't always need to be better, you need to be faster. 12. faster you get to a lead more likely you are to close 13. get your team to overdeliver to 1 client a day, watch what happens 14. your peers will love you until you outperform them, it's ok 15. the business with the highest LTV always wins 16. a great salesperson is almost always worth the price 17. morning and evening standups save businesses 18. tell your wife/partner that you need them to be on board too, 2 > 1 19. people don't hate office work, they hate their team & job 20. solve bigger problems they pay better 21. if you can choose between rich client vs poor, choose rich 22. you underestimate how much more you can charge if your customers love you 23. debt is a killer for amateurs, but a lifesaver as a pro 24. consistency beats perfection every time 25. increase your prices, you're probably already underpriced We hold weekly meetings with all of our owners at Pink's Window cleaning. This will be a long post, Special Megamix featuring all my best clips from 2022 to 2026 My journey began back in 2019 when I was 13. I moved from Fortnite to Apex when it launched. I actually disliked the game at first because it was the "Fortnite Killer," but my friends dragged me into it. I was instantly hooked, realized I had a gift for it, and started the grind. I peaked as Thailand #7 Bangalore in Season 1, Reached Predator for the first time in Season 2, Solo'd to Predator in Season 5 Split 1, First Predator in Thailand in Season 5 Split 2, and was Thailand's #1 for multiple consecutive seasons from 12 to 21, Peaked #9 PC in Season 16 Split 2, Became the first Thai to reach #1 PC and the only one to ever hold #3 both splits. I am the only one in Thailand to ever hold 1 digit more than once (3 times) My pro career started in ALGS 2022 Split 1. I had my best performance ever, pulling off a 1v18 win as a solo in Pro League with 13 kills and an insane end-game clutch (highest at the time for ALGS). But then in 2023 during Split 1 Pro League I was falsely suspended for 1 year for cheating without any explanation or support whatsoever from EA, then It’s repeated every year since. My latest ban is scheduled to be lifted on 1st August 2027, My biggest heartbreak was when I won EWC 2024 Qualifier with Lightning Unicorn, only to get disqualified a few weeks later, but since EA refused to communicate nor give any response to my appeals and ALGS Admins had no authority to help me and told that this is "between me and EA" I had to watch my team play EWC with a stand-in and with rushed schedule. My account started getting falsely banned in 2024 for cheating and denied every appeals but I didn't give up and continued playing as if nothing happens on other account and repeatedly got banned again in 2025 and recently few days ago. What truly baffles me is I played on 2 separate account (One Predator which I played on more) but only one that was banned is the Master account which was Gold 2 prior to me playing on it, I can only speculate about why it was flagged; one possibility is the unusually fast climb and mass reports. My plan now is to just secure Pred for this split, take a long hiatus, and come back next year to play in Pro League (IF EA doesn't randomly ban me again). Until then, enjoy the clips. Thanks to everyone who's been on this ride with me.

how tread.fi mm bot actually works and how to launch it safe for your balance market making with tread is not free yield you're basically renting a very fast trader that: - posts both bids and asks around the mid - tries to keep your net exposure inside a controlled band instead of letting you drift into a huge directional bet - farm tread points in the video below i walk through the clicks: > step one - pick the market and leverage if you farm trade.xyz or Ventuals be careful, those markets completely static on weekends and bot most likely will stop. there's no problems with majors though (btc, eth, hype, etc.) for less risk choose leverage below 10x > step two - fund and size the bot before you touch settings, make sure your inventory is at least a bit higher than the recommended inventory size (think +10-20% buffer) otherwise you have a risk of liquidations recommended inventory depends on the budget, bias and mode you should be ok with that whole amount being actively traded. this is not a tiny test order, this is your working capital for the bot > step three - choose bias type neutral mm goal: max volume with min price impact not profit and no loss, you're just burning dex fees in range of your budget use this if you don't have a strong view on direction long / short skew goal: combine mm with a directional opinion bot front-loads your bias in the first half of the run and unwinds later path matters: you need price behavior to roughly match your bias path (best case is up/down only), not just end higher/lower even if you bet on right direction positive pnl is not guaranteed, you should test with small amount at first to understand algos. > step four - execution mode aggressive - tighter around mid, more fills, faster volume - better for mega-liquid markets where you just want to get done and reduce exposure quickly normal - good default for most large pairs - balances between getting hit and not chasing every move passive - behave closer to a grid: slower, wider - potentially higher returns over longer periods but you need patience and monitoring > step five - run and monitor once the bot is live, watch: - pnl and executed notional (are you bleeding per notional traded?) - participation rate (if you're 80–90% of the market, you're basically trading against yourself) if something looks off, pause early. make sure all positions are closed and orders are canceled. TLDR; inventory is your work balance, it will be used to open positions keep inventory buffer at least at 10%, running with less than recommended inventory is how you get forced into bad fills or even liquidations on a weird move. a bit more inventory = more room for the bot to rebalance without panicking. bias is harder than it looks, with a skewed bot you're not just betting end price > start price, you're betting on the path monitor often, there are a lot of unpredicted maintenances happens on dexes side

claude bot made $700,000 in a month for its owner. thanks to one file. > $42,921 today > $160,086 past week > $692,922 past month everyone writes claude motivational speeches: - "be a senior engineer" - "think step by step" - "be careful" doesn't work - claude already knows all that. what's missing is a CLAUDE.md like this guy's: ## Project high-frequency arbitrage on polymarket btc + eth 5-min and 15-min markets. dual-entry strategy. fixed risk, fixed profit target. ## Strategy: DUAL mode ## Mode A: high-confidence (60% of capital) - enter at 50-70c when poly_implied agrees with spot trend - target +50-100% per trade (~$6k profit) - size: $4,000-$8,000 per position ## Mode B: tail bets (40% of capital) - enter at 3-25c when own model says 35%+ probability - target +200-1300% per trade - size: $400-$1,800 per position ## IMPORTANT IMPORTANT: hold all positions to resolution. NO early exit IMPORTANT: skip if same market hit our books in last 60s IMPORTANT: cap daily risk at $50,000. hard stop ## Rules - NEVER exit before market resolution - NEVER trade on news (CPI, FOMC, ETF decisions) - NEVER size > 8% of bankroll on single position - skip first 60 sec of any 5-min market (illiquid) - pause 5 min after any $100+ BTC move ## Out of scope - never touch the wallet. read-only access - do not chase: skip if same market touched within 60s one rule = one mistake claude won't make again. each of his trades, around $6,000 profit. how? because that's what's written in CLAUDE.md: "target ~$6K per trade". not more, not less. > the system doesn't get nervous, doesn't chase, doesn't wait for a better price. > sees edge ≥ 4c and enters. > sees a tail 3c with own probability 35% - enters. > waits for resolution. > takes profit. > moves to next market. 29,596 times. his profile: this is the difference between "user of claude" and "operator of claude". the first writes wishes. the second writes technical specs. don't waste your time, level up your claude before it's too late.
