Donald Hebb's synaptic plasticity principle underlies all of this… neurons that fire together wire together, meaning daily mental repetition isn't motivational rhetoric but a literal description of how cortical reorganization occurs over time.

What interests me here is less the idea that the brain “can’t tell imagination from reality” and more the fact that identity seems to work a bit like a predictive model. We carry around an idea of what “someone like me” does and what feels plausible for us, and that model affects how we interpret friction. If I already believe I’m “not a disciplined person” struggling to stay consistent becomes evidence that I was right. If I see myself as someone who finishes things, the exact same struggle can mean something completely different: “This is hard bcz I’m doing something difficult, not bcz I’m fundamentally incapable of it.” That’s why I’m not sure repetition alone is the most interesting part. Repetition can make a belief more familiar but what really seems capable of changing an old model is giving it evidence it can’t easily explain away. If my internal model says “I never finish anything”, then finishing one small thing is anomalous data. Do that often enough and eventually the old identity has a problem: reality is no longer behaving the way it predicts. In my opinion, that's s much more interesting than “manifesting” a new self. It’s almost like becoming somenoe else by repeatedly making your old model wrong.

Yes it does!! It knows the difference when it looks at the exchange! It sees first both but can see why its not real when the exchange of information happens!

Quantum physics and neuroscience keep pointing to the same wild idea: reality behaves like a hologram. A projection. A kind of virtual reality. And the energy behind that projection, the source, is you. Which means you're not living inside your reality. You're generating it. That's a hard thing to actually feel. So here's the one picture that made it click for me. Think about a mirror. When you look in it, you know the reflection isn't you. It's a projection of you. So if you wanted the reflection to smile, you'd never walk up and try to force the mirror to smile. You'd smile. And the reflection would follow. Instantly. Automatically. Now apply that to your life. Your circumstances, your bank account, your relationships, your body. That's the reflection. The physical projection. And most people spend their whole life trying to force the mirror. Grinding, pushing, bending reality with willpower, trying to change the reflection directly. But you are the source. So the move was never to force the projection. The move is to change the source. To shift who you're being at the identity and energy level. And when the source changes, the reflection has no choice. Reality reorganizes around the new you. It ripples out. So the next time you want to change your reality, stop trying to force it or bend it with your will. Change the source. You are the source. Save this and come back to it. Are you living as the source, or fighting the reflection? 👇 #manifestation #consciousness #identity #quantumphysics #mindset
