When i had galstones removed i was in hospital for 2 weeks. I only noticed my nails has horizontal dents later. I checked and i was malnourished? Yeah hospital food sucks.

What about split nail, mainly on the thumb and index finger. I play guitar and have tried for years to get these important nails to grow out, but just when they get to about the right length, they split down the middle and I lose 2-3 months of growth.
