In India having civic sense is always penalised. If everyone follow rules, it is beneficial for all. If most people follow rules, few who don’t, get the advantage. If no one follows rules, all suffer. But if few follow rules, they certainly suffer. Classic game theory.

Traffic in India is mostly disturbed due to people with zero accountability.

Lack of civic sense. People can drive ₹80L worth car, but can't give ₹20 to ₹50 for parking. Bikes will come in wrong side. Footpaths get used by street hawkers. And traffic police will stand quiet and collect fine only if you don't wear helmet or seat belt.

Their attitude is "Apna Kaam banta , bhard me jaaye janta". Lack of civic sense and accountability

create a special economic zone. like dholera. that city should have an opt-in social credit system. if you want to live there, you are voluntarily opting into civic sense enforcement. no reservations or dehaats in that city. just merit and civic sense.

Instead of teaching a third language they should teach Civic cense🤡🙏🏻

Traffic police also has no accountability in Noida. You will almost never find cops in areas where they are needed.
